★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vantano di consegne in 72h. Io ho fatto l’ordine 8 giorni fa, e del mio ordine nemmeno l’ombra, ed essendo weekend arriveremo come minimo a 10 giorni. Siate almeno trasparenti sulle reali condizioni di consegna!
They pride themselves on deliveries in 72h. I placed the order 8 days ago, and not even the shadow of my order, and being a weekend we will arrive at a minimum of 10 days. At least be transparent about the actual delivery conditions!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace ma qualità materiale e assistenza è Zero!!!! L'assistenza non esiste. Per vendere rispondono subito ma se hai problemi è impossibile avere aiuto e chiarimenti. Ho un ristorante e sono senza friggitrice da una settimana. Dopo averla acquistata nuova e passati 14 mesi, molti dubbi anche su qualità, non funziona più!

I'm sorry but material quality and assistance is Zero !!!! Assistance does not exist. To sell they respond immediately but if you have problems it is impossible to get help and clarification. I have a restaurant and have been without a fryer for a week. After buying it new and having passed 14 months, many doubts also about quality, it no longer works!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Ho fatto un ordine per conto della mia azienda il 7 di gennaio 2022. Ad oggi non hanno saputo darmi una risposta sulla consegna e quando ho chiesto di recedere sono stata liquidata con un mandi una mail.
Nessun tipo di costume care. Vaghe informazioni sulla consegna e difficoltà anche per recedere.
Vorrei togliere anche 1 stella, ma non mi farebbe lasciare il commento. Peccato!

Bad. I placed an order on behalf of my company on January 7, 2022. To date they have not been able to give me an answer on the delivery and when I asked to withdraw I was paid with a send an email.
No kind of costume care. Vague information on delivery and also difficulty in withdrawing.
I would also like to remove 1 star, but it would not make me leave the comment. Sin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti scadenti, non all'altezza del prezzo pagato. Assistenza post vendita inesistente, nonostante telefonate al numero istituzionale, altre ad un numero a pagamento, mail e messaggi. Abbiamo bisogno di utilizzare la lavastoviglie comprata ma non ci riusciamo, anche x il libretto istruzioni ridicolo.
Poor products, not up to the price paid. Post-sales assistance non-existent, despite phone calls to the institutional number, others to a toll number, emails and messages. We need to use the dishwasher we bought but we can't, even for the ridiculous instruction booklet.

Sollecitati due volte, avviano la spedizione.
Alla ricezione di due vetrine con corriere Bartolini, senza alcun tipo di prevenzione nell’imballaggio di prodotti delicati, una di queste arriva rotta. L’assistenza si limita ad inviare un protocollo di riferimento del corriere per la ricezione della merce, non tenendo conto dell’assicurazione garantita dai loro termini e condizioni e della garanzia del prodotto.
Ad oggi attendo ancora una risposta alla contestazione della mancata assistenza.

Upon receipt of two windows with Bartolini courier, without any kind of prevention in the packaging of delicate products, one of these arrives broken. The assistance is limited to sending a courier reference protocol for receiving the goods, not taking into account the insurance guaranteed by their terms and conditions and the product warranty.
To date, I still await a response to the dispute regarding the lack of assistance.

Nonostante in uno degli ordini il trasportatore ha danneggiato un collo, anche lì l'assistenza precisa mi ha dato una sostituzione in tempi record. Professionali per professionisti.
