Ho avuto un problema con uno dei loro tavoli (modello grey in rovere) e poiche' il negozio dove l'ho comprato non trattava piu la loro marca, mi hanno detto di rivoglermi al rivenditore di area, il quale non ha saputo aiutarmi e la casa madre non ha fatto nulla per risolvere il problema. Ho dovuto rivolgermi ad un falegname che mi ha persino detto che le doghe non erano di rovere ed e' per questo che si sono rovinate. I had to contact a carpenter who even told me that the staves were not made of oak and that is why they were damaged.

Sono stata accolta dal signor Gigi Colombo, responsabile del negozio, con grande cortesia e disponibilità: mi ha consigliato le migliori soluzioni per le mie esigenze; Sono pienamente soddisfatta.Grazie alla competenza del venditore, ho acquistato dei tavolini che ora fanno bella mostra di sé nella mia casa . I went to the Gervasoni showroom in via Durini, Milan, two weeks ago to buy some tables for my beach house. I was welcomed by Mr. Gigi Colombo, the shop manager, with great courtesy and helpfulness: he advised me on the best solutions for my needs; I am fully satisfied.Thanks to the expertise of the seller, I bought some tables that now make a fine show of themselves in my home.
