A questo proposito mi sento in dovere di darvi un consiglio, affinché questa brutta figura, ora ampliata e diffusa nel web, non si ripeta più: quando parlate con i clienti, magari anche affezionati a voi, assicuratevi di eliminare i rumori di sottofondo, i quali possono causare incomprensioni, non denigrate chi vi paga, ma, soprattutto, assicuratevi di aver riattaccato bene il telefono! M	Marjorie Sterne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestione dei cani pessima: Quando sono tornata per prendere il mio cane dalla toelettatura, l'ho trovato sul tavolo con addosso la museruola e un collare a strozzo. Era attaccato al muro con una catena. Il mio cane è un cocker americano dolcissimo e tranquillissimo di 11 kg che non ha mai litigato con nessuno, ne morso alcuna persona. Alla fine della toelettatura era terrorizzato, tremava tutto, era pieno di paura e non riusciva nemmeno a respirare normalmente dal trauma subito. Sono servite 2 ore per calmarlo e ora sono certa che avrà paura tutta la vita di ritornare a fare la toelettatura. Non esiste nessuna giustificazione per un trattamento così disumano, anche perchè avevo spiegato che il cane era molto timido e per niente aggressivo. Il lavoro eseguito è stato pessimo, non so nemmeno cosa sia successo appena l'ho lasciato li. Sconsiglio vivamente di portare il cane in posti come questo dove evidentemente il personale non è qualificato per svolgere con professionalità il suo lavoro. I strongly advise against taking the dog to places like this where obviously the staff is not qualified to carry out their work professionally.
