Ho prenotato una toeletta per il solo lavaggio del cane razza staffordshire bull terrier (inglese) , taglia media , tengo a specificare la razza perché ovviamente il costo dipende dalla taglia del cane che molti confondono con l’American staffordshire , molto piu’ grande. 15 minuti di lavaggio e asciugatura in cui era stato promesso pulizia orecchie non effettuato. Taglio Unghie non effettuato Spazzolatura pelo ( ho dovuto ricordarglielo io perché se ne erano dimenticati ) Ovviamnete il pelo non è stato tagliato ( non necessario ) Quindi io ho pagato la bellezza di 28 euro per quale servizio ???? Vi affidate a terze parti in questo caso “ gli amici di Sabrina” ma la reputazione del vostro negozio è compromessa. Lo spazio dove avviene la toeletta è sporco e pieno di cani. Invece questa esperienza è stata molto positiva e affascinante al tempo stesso. Ho potuto rimanere con il mio cane mentre lo tosavano e pertanto ho potuto osservare e apprezzare con quanta dedizione e amore si sono presi cura del mio cane. Sono riusciti a mettere a proprio agio il mio cane, malgrado il suo timore iniziale..... Il taglio è preciso. E inoltre traspare la passione per gli animali e per il proprio lavoro. Sono stati così professionali che non posso dire altro ....i migliori! Ma soprattutto se volete fare ciò che preferite ditelo al momento della consegna del cane... j	jack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo è quello che è successo ieri al mio cane ...allora porto il cane da loro alla ore 17.30 alle ore 19.05 ancora non sono stata contattata per riprendere il cane chiamo e non ricevo nessuna risposta decidiamo di andare direttamente in negozio e li vediamo quello che non avremmo mai voluto vedere ,la.mia polpetta spinta contro il muro,con la spazzola sbattuta violentemente contro la testa e con il fhon attaccato al corpo il mio cane non mettera mai più piede li dentro .. spero che questa persona non metta più piede dentro questo negozio.. c	cecilia z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio cucciolo di labrador, la signora che si è presa cura del mio cane è stata gentilissima e molto brava, ha saputo metterlo a suo agio e il bagno è stato fatto bene, ciò che mi ha lasciata un po' cosi è il fatto che nonostante avessi chiesto una toelettatura completa le unghie non sono state trattate, così come le orecchie. Magari devo richiederlo in specifico(?) Oppure è stata una svista dal momento che c'erano tantissimi clienti. A parte questa svista, il lavoro è stato ottimo.
