La signora è stata bravissima e ha confermato pienamente la sua esperienza, sensibilità e capacità nel trattare i gatti per la toelettatura. Cosa non semplice, viste le esperienze a volte non positive che mi sono capitate in precedenza. Affidate pure il vostro micio con la massima fiducia e serenità alla signora Elisa. Sarete senz'altro soddisfatti. Today 11/7/2019 I brought my Persian cat for hair shearing. Mrs. Elisa and her husband are two very kind people. The lady was very good and fully confirmed her experience, sensitivity and ability to treat cats for grooming. Which is not easy, given the sometimes non-positive experiences that have happened to me before. Also entrust your kitty with the utmost confidence and serenity to Mrs. Elisa. You will certainly be satisfied.
F	Fabio Soliman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peggior posto dove poter portare il proprio amico a 4 zampe ,posto dove dicono una cosa e poi ne fanno un'altra ,fanno solo disservizi, peccato che pensano di essere gli unici al mondo a capire di cani anche perché penso proprio che loro di cani sappiano meno di un bambino ,maleducati ,aggressivi con gli amici a 4 zampe e sicuro non ci porterò mai più il mio amico anzi lo sconsiglio calorosamente. State attenti perché sembrano delle brave persone ma non lo sono per niente anzi sono pericolosi!!!!!!!!!! Mai più...... Worst place to bring your 4-legged friend, place where they say one thing and then do another, they only do disservices, too bad they think they are the only ones in the world who understand dogs also because I really think that they are dogs. they know less than a child, rude, aggressive with 4-legged friends and sure I will never take my friend there again, indeed I strongly advise against it. Be careful because they seem like good people but they are not at all in fact they are dangerous !!!!!!!!!! Never again......

Ho chiamato si volevano giustificare sul fatto che fosse NORMALE far uscire il sangue dalle unghie senza nemmeno chiedermi scusa per averlo lasciato LETTERALMENTE SENZA PELO e COMPLETAMENTE SENZA UNGHIA addirittura insinuavano che già gli mancava. Sono scioccata. Già avvisato un’amica dove lo portava e non lo porterà più, sconsigliatissimo. I called they wanted to justify that it was NORMAL to get blood out of my nails without even apologizing for leaving it LITERALLY HAIR FREE and COMPLETELY NAIL FREE even insinuating that they already lacked it. Elisa è stata magica! Ho assistito a tutta la tosatura e lei e il marito hanno una sicurezza, una manualità e una tranquillità che mai avevo visto in altri professionisti. Portentosi! Dynamite is a young and very good cat, but absolutely unmanageable in front of a comb or a nail clipper, it becomes totally unapproachable. Elisa was magical! I have witnessed all the shearing and she and her husband have a confidence, a dexterity and a tranquility that I have never seen in other professionals. Portentous!

Era la prima volta e devo dire che sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita dalla assoluta professionalità, dalla pazienza infinita e dall'amore chi i proprietari rivolgono ai loro "clienti pelosi" e a noi proprietari. Gentilezza, educazione e competenza non posso dire altro. Dopo due ore, sì perchè hanno lavorato per due ore sulla mia cagnolina, Mia era una cagnolina nuova! E poi davvero il garbo e la gentilezza, oltre la professionalità, merce rara in questo periodo. Sono diventati da oggi il mio punto di riferimento. Consigliatissimi. Grazie davvero Today I took my maltesine, Mia, to Animalia for an intense wash and to remove all the knots that had formed. It was the first time and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the absolute professionalism, infinite patience and love that the owners turn to their "furry customers" and to us owners. Kindness, education and competence I cannot say more. After two hours, yes because they worked for two hours on my dog, Mia was a new dog! And then really the grace and kindness, as well as professionalism, a rare commodity in this period. They have now become my point of reference. Highly recommended. Thank you very much
