La cosa più carina é la disponibilità e la professionalità del personale, sono molto competenti e attenti nel valutare e gestire le necessità di ogni cucciolo. Mi servo da loro da anni sia per la toilelettatura che per accessori e alimentazione dei miei cani. I prezzi molto convenienti e competitivi sul mercato, anche se la loro cortesia e dedizione non ha un prezzo, sono gentili perché fa parte della loro squisita educazione.Quando porti da loro I tuo amico a 4 zampe esci pulito profumato e saltellante... grazie meravigliose signore di Naturama! Da casa mia alla fermata. Poi sono andato a notificare alla sgra che mi ha vendut e non c'era, invece sua figlia di darme una soluzione migliore, solo mi ha detto porta ad una sartoria, volevo diventare un cliente adesso che ho presso un cane, ma non tornerei più se le soluzioni ad una roba che acquisti e aveva un problema di fabbrica è questa.
