Sono stata in negozio per la prima volta la settimana scorsa per chiedere informazioni sulla dieta BARF e anche per qualche consiglio. Il proprietario, Max, è fantastico e ha saputo darmi le risposte che stavo cercando.
Hanno una vasta scelta di carni provenienti dall'Italia e dall'Europa. Oltre ad essere stato super professionale è stato anche gentilissimo e per far provare la BARF alla mia cucciola di English Staffordshire Bull Terrier (quasi 3 mesi) ci ha regalato una confezione di mix di carni.
La prova è andata benissimo ed Hera ama letteralmente alla follia questa dieta ed è per questo che oggi, dopo un colloquio con la veterinaria nutrizionista Barbara Sacchi (consigliata da Max), sono tornata in negozio per fare la "spesa".
Che dire professionalità, competenza e cortesia sono alla base e sono stra felice di aver trovato il mio negozio BARF di fiducia.

I found the shop on Instagram and immediately liked the concept and what it represents. I went to the shop for the first time last week to ask about the BARF diet and also for some advice. The owner, Max, is fantastic and was able to give me the answers I was looking for.
They have a wide choice of meats from Italy and Europe. In addition to being super professional he was also very kind and to let my English Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppy try the BARF (almost 3 months) he gave us a package of meat mixes.
The test went very well and Hera literally loves this diet madly and that is why today, after an interview with the veterinary nutritionist Barbara Sacchi (recommended by Max), I went back to the shop to do the "shopping".
What about professionalism, competence and courtesy are the basis and I am happy to have found my trusted BARF shop.
Absolutely satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Max mi ha accolto con calore e simpatia e dopo avermi spiegato con precisione e dedizione le peculiarità degli alimenti per i nostri amici a 4 zampe, mi ha consigliato delle salsicce che ho portato di corsa ad Asia, il cane di mia figlia. Inutile dire che ormai siamo clienti affezionati, anzi fidelizzati, anzi volontariamente obbligati a questo tipo di alimentazione per cani. Altrimenti Asia si arrabbia...... ;-)
Max welcomed me with warmth and sympathy and after explaining to me with precision and dedication the peculiarities of the food for our 4-legged friends, he recommended some sausages that I rushed to Asia, my daughter's dog. Needless to say, we are now loyal customers, indeed loyal, even voluntarily obliged to this type of dog food. Otherwise Asia gets angry ...... ;-)
