F	Fede on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima La proprietaria si ostina a accusarmi di aver lavato io il cappotto a più di 30 gradi prendendomi per scema, come se non sapessi a quanti gradi lavo i cappottini e sulla richiesta di rimborso o sostituzione mi riferisce che al massimo mi fa uno sconto del 30%, vorrei dare 0 stelle ma purtroppo non si può. A	APG APG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima Ho acquistato un osso biscotto dolce ,aperto e dato al mio cane il giorno del suo compleanno osso immangiabile da quanto era duro sembrava cemento ,impossibile per lei morderlo e romperlo ed anche pericoloso in quanto i pezzi sarebbero state come schegge;sono tornata in negozio con l'osso di glassa e mi sono sentita dire che è normale che è un osso non dolce o biscotto ma durissimo (io direi molto più che durissimo)mi sarei aspettata la sostituzione o io rimborso invece nulla. E	Elena fate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia gattina di 5 anni per un taglio unghie da loro e le hanno fatto uscire il sangue!! mai più mai più!!! è un negozio che dovrebbe chiudere, personale non adatto a Milano ce ne sono di migliori, anzi di bravi perche loro oltre che ad essere antipatici fanno del male ai nostri cucciole I took my 5 year old kitty for a nail cut from them and they let her blood out !! never again never again !!! it is a shop that should close, staff not suitable in Milan there are better ones, indeed good ones because they, as well as being unpleasant, hurt our puppies

Le due proprietarie sono state dolci, professionali e competenti. Ci ritornerò assolutamente!!! Really very good experience. I took my 4 1/2 month old little Shitzu for her first bath and cut. The two owners were sweet, professional and competent. I will absolutely return !!!
