Il prodotto è eccellente!!! In passato avevamo già portato la nostra Shih-Tzu in questo posto solo per farla lavare poi fidandoci erroneamente delle recensioni lette qui e in assenza del suo solito toelettatore, ieri abbiamo portanto la nostra cagnolina a toelettare. Gravissimo errore: è stato un disastro! Avremmo dovuto capire che mancava l'esperienza del taglio quando ci è stato comunicato che per toelettare lo shih-tzu sarebbe servita 1ora (il suo toelettatore ne impiega h2.30). Chieste spiegazioni rispetto al poco tempo di lavoro, la risposta è stata "quanto ci vuole a toelettare questo cane?"... Il cane è uscito rovinato: sforbiciato su tutto il corpo, la coda tagliata come un suino, le zampe tosate e le orecchie lunghe come un cocker. Ha perso l'identità dello shih-tzu creando un danno importante: per ripristinare la lunghezza del pelo affinché possa essere toelettato perfettamente occorrono 3 mesi (già inviate foto ad un perito). Sconsiglio fortemente questo luogo a chi possiede un cane a pelo lungo e desidera farlo toelettare. Nei prossimi giorni verificherò le abilitazioni di chi ha usato il cane per esercitarsi. Seguirà aggiornamento pubblico affinché nessuno viva la stessa pessima esperienza BAD EXPERIENCE! It has lost the identity of the shih-tzu creating an important damage: to restore the length of the hair so that it can be perfectly groomed it takes 3 months (already sent photos to an expert). I strongly advise against this place for those who have a long-haired dog and want to have it groomed. In the next few days I will check the qualifications of those who used the dog to exercise. A public update will follow so that no one has the same bad experience
