★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Start Haltestelle ist etwas schwierig zu finden aber ansonsten eine schöne Tour mit viel klassischer Musik (was für diese Tour tatsächlich mega gut passt) und freundlichem Staff.
The start stop is a bit difficult to find, but otherwise a nice tour with a lot of classical music (which actually fits very well for this tour) and a friendly staff.

Bad service, we were left on foot at the stop of the last ride and we phoned but we were told that it had been suspended. Excessive cost for the service given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nettes Personal und Gratis Kopfhörer das ist auch schon das einzig gute das ich berichten kann leider. Busse sind ungepflegt und Fallen schon fast auseinander, die abfahrtszeiten verzögerten sich um jeweils 40min dazu funktioniert auch die App nicht in Florenz.
In Florenz werde ich bei City Sightseeing nichts mehr buchen und werde es auch nicht weiter Empfehlen.
Nice staff and free headphones that's the only good thing I can report unfortunately. Buses are neglected and almost falling apart, the departure times were delayed by 40 minutes, and the app doesn't work in Florence either.
In Florence I will not book anything with City Sightseeing again and I will not recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the absolute worst experience on the bus. It was late, stops had changed position and weren’t updated, they couldn’t read my ticket and refused to give me a refund.
Extremely disappointed in this service. Waste of money and bad service.
