★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located, hot dogs are delicious, food is quick and does the trick. This is located inside of the Santa Maria Novella station which means it's usually always crowded so don't count on always having a seat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Mr. Panino in Florence train station. Sandra was very rude to me. She rolled her eyes slammed my drink on the counter. I went back once I realized my order was wrong, when I went back to correct it she said “why did you come here” in her language. She took my hot dog back and gave me another She didn’t warm it up like the first order and she put and excessive amount of ketchup on the order to where it was dripping all over my hands. The fries were cold and soggy. I’m disappointed in the food and customer service! I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless it’s the very last choice available. Sandra Is probably the rudest person I have encountered here in Italy.
