Lorenzo Nigro's Lampredotto, I can truly say it, it's the best version I've ever eaten.
Really AMAZING, sauces, bread, preparation: everything's is so simple but perfect in the mixture.
Really trust my opinion: it's the best Lampredotto in Florence, and probably in the world!
PS: the chef is alone at the cookingtable, so keep calm and wait for your turn patiently. No matter if you wait a couple of minutes more, it really worth the while!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really delicious! This was the first time I tried lampredotto. I tried tripe before which is a bit chewy. This one (4th stomach) is softer. I had chilli oil and truffle cream with my one. It was also quite cheap! Recommend to give this a try if you are new to Florence.
