★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho viaggiato con questa autolinea da Cava a Roma. Sono molto soddisfatta. Il bus sono ha il wifi gratuito e gli autisti sono sempre gentilissimi. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi deve recarsi a Roma

Inoltre - cosa non scontata - gli autisti sono sempre gentili e sorridenti.

ore prima della partenza, ma i TRUFFATORI hanno deciso di non rimborsare, anche se il regolamento prevede il rimborso GRATUITO entro 5 ore prima della partenza
.
Inutile chiamare al numero verde oppure scrivere su FB. Al posto di risolvere il dissaggio creato hanno hanno cancellato tutti i commenti.
Veri truffatori campani!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ben 7 anni usufruisco dei servizi di Leonetti bus nella tratta da Roma a Salerno e il servizio è sempre stato eccellente, con autisti cordiali e simpatici. I costi sono contenuti e il servizio è in continuo miglioramento. Va solo potenziato il wi-fi e aggiunte le prese per ricaricare i telefonini, poi sarà perfetto. Ad Maiora!
I have been using Leonetti bus services for 7 years on the route from Rome to Salerno and the service has always been excellent, with friendly and nice drivers. Costs are low and the service is continuously improving. Wi-fi only needs to be strengthened and sockets added to recharge mobile phones, then it will be perfect. To Maiora!

1. Mail inviata 24 ore prima del viaggio con la richiesta di annullamento di due biglietti.
Mai ricevuto la risposta.
2. Durante la chiamata il signore nega annullamento dicendo che in applicazione c`e il vecchio regolamento (che prevede il rimborso prima della partenza) e bisogno vedere un altro regolamento....Assurdo.
Negato annullamento del viaggo in anticipo di 24 ore. Apro il reclamo in paypal. TTI Leonettibus . Visto che TTI Leonettibus vuole solo truffare i clienti, allora procedero` per le vie legali caricando tutte le spese amministrativi.
NON CONSIGLIO A NESSUNO! TRUFFATORI = TTI Leonettibus
Caution. Bad company.
1. Mail sent 24 hours before the trip with the request to cancel two tickets.
Never received the answer.
2. During the call the gentleman denies cancellation saying that in application there is the old regulation (which provides for a refund before departure) and need to see another regulation .... Absurd.
Denied cancellation of travel in advance of 24 hours. I open the claim in paypal. TTI Leonettibus. Since TTI Leonettibus only wants to defraud customers, then I will proceed through the legal process by charging all the administrative costs.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE! SCAMMERS = TTI Leonettibus
