Ho richiesto la prenotazione per andata e ritorno per Roma nella stessa giornata ,non mi è stata prospettata la possibilità del pagamento a/r potendo risparmiare la cifra di euro 15.00 trattandosi di 3 persone! Sono molto dispiaciuto, anche perché siamo dei clienti assidui!!! Lack of communication between operators and customers. A	A A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avere un sito internet significa utilizzare un mezzo di comunicazione veloce con informazioni aggiornate per gli utenti che lo consultano. Invece in questo caso il sito della leonetti e gallucci riporta orari delle linee non veritieri, autobus previsti secondo l orario da loro pubblicato sul sito ma che non passeranno mai. Ma l'autista senza smuoversi più di tanto ...ha risposto:....ehh a causa del covid non passano tutte le corse. OVVIAMENTE SENZA PREAVVISARE SUL SITO LE NUOVE VARIAZIONI, creano disagi a chi poi rimane ore ad aspettare inutilmente un bus che non passerà mai, perché il bus successivo mica passa dopo 10 minuti, ma solamente dopo un'ora e mezza. Poi ditemi se non è vero che ste cose succedono solo al sud. In risposta al mio messaggio, vorrei solo precisare che non sono la signora Anna, (trattasi molto probabilmente di un'altra utente trovatasi nella mia stessa situazione), in quanto non ho avuto il "piacere" di colloquiare con nessuna vostra operatrice. Inoltre ribadisco che è inutile voler nascondere la vostra mancanza con la distrazione della gente. SUL SITO NON E' INDICATA NESSUNA LEGENDA IN CUI SI SPECIFICA PER ESEMPIO CHE L'AUTOBUS DELLA C DA NOCERA INFERIORE ALLE ORE 14.40 INVECE DI ARRIVARE A FISCIANO COME PREVISTO SECONDO L ORARIO VADA A BRACIGLIANO.
