★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccola e graziosa chiesetta romanica (tra le pochissime di Verona cui si accede senza pagare l’ingresso) risalente al VIII secolo, ma ricostruita nel XII.
All’esterno da notare sul portale d’ingresso l’Arca di Cangrande I con la statua equestre (che è in realtà una copia) mentre l’interno è a tre navate con evidenza della struttura muraria romanica, bei capitelli su colonne, un altare maggiore con una pregevole pala “ Presentazione di Gesù al tempio”, forse opera di Antonio Giarola.
Inevitabile, prima o dopo la visita della chiesa, anche quelle alle attigue Arche Scaligere, celebri monumenti funerari celebrativi dei Signori di Verona
 Small and charming Romanesque church (among the very few in Verona that can be accessed without paying the entrance fee) dating back to the eighth century, but rebuilt in the twelfth.
Outside, on the entrance portal, note the Ark of Cangrande I with the equestrian statue (which is actually a copy) while the interior has three naves with evidence of the Romanesque wall structure, beautiful capitals on columns, an altar major with a valuable altarpiece "Presentation of Jesus in the temple", perhaps the work of Antonio Giarola.
Inevitable, before or after the visit of the church, also those to the adjoining Arche Scaligere, famous funerary monuments celebrating the Lords of Verona

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome tomb structures outside the church. Would be five stars if visitors could get a little closer to the tombs, not just peering over/through fences. The church itself is small, but neat.
