C	Camelia Langa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like before, great experience with Centauro. Can`t recommend you enough. Everything is smooth, personnel is awesome. One thing I didn`t like, was the fact that the windshield of the rented car was dirty on the interior, with finger marks, that became annoying at night, with all the lights. But I`m sure it was just an isolated, minor thing. Other than that, you are really great. I hope you expand more in Europe. All the best!
E	Emma Van Den Berg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn’t enjoy our experience with Centauro. First off we were not able to split the high bond over 2 creditcards and ended up paying the fee of 200 euros. You also couldn’t pay cash or with a debit card. Yes it says so in the confirmation email, however you would expect some flexibility here. There were also no upgrades available from manual to automatic and we had to wait for quite some time for the shuttle bus pick up. Last point we called to ask for an earlier pick up of our car which was confirmed on the phone, only to find out at check in that we still had to wait 45 minutes. Overall I recommend to get a car from the airport, way easier and better customer service.
P	Pravdomir Dobrev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great car fleet, and customer service. Booked a mini car via Booking.com. I used third party full insurance, but the invite insurance was almost as equally price. Arrived in the eve at around 10pm, and it took a bit longer to pick up the car (30min wait for shuttle), but was offered an upgrade as compensation. I believe it is the only company to be based outside the airport, but it is a very good value for money. Havent paid for any damages or scratches because I didn't do any. I would recommend Centauro? Tip: Take photos of scratches when you pick up the car if they did not cover them in the in the contract.

However, this car rental is not in the airport, they will need to pick you up with their company van and take you to the car rental place (it's only a 5/10 minutes drive). I wasn't aware of this when I booked but in the end it didn't cause any troubles. At the end of your stay in Palermo You'll return the car at the car rental and they'll take you back to the airport with the same company van.
V	Vincent KARSENTY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first thing we were looking for, is a car rental where you can pay with a debit card (the most common). And there was no problem, we all paid online. Once at the airport, we didn't have to wait long before the yellow shuttle showed up. Five minutes later we were at centauro's. We were very carefull not to miss any scratch or bump while picking the car they could have charged us for later. But when we brought the car back, it was all very smooth and they didn't charge any extra. In the end they were suite friendly, the car was great, I recommend
J	Jerome poli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasent renting with Centauro. The staff is friendly and helping. The car is recent (Citroen C3) and fully equipped, we did not experience any problem. We took the full insurance option to be safe. Centauro is at 5 min by car from the airport, Centauro takes you there directly with a shuttle at the airport and take you back for your return. In both case, the shuttle was already there when we needed it, not waiting.
P	Pavlo Pavlov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience! Everything went smoothly, transfer from Palermo airport, car pick up and drop off. Personnel is very polite and professional. We've got new car, ideal for traveling over the Sicilia. I would recommend to buy full coverage, then you don't have any headache, and as a bonus you will get priority pick up (saving time) and free additional driver.

The lady at the office is wonderful, very pleasant and we have never felt under pressure to buy the extra insurance, as you often feel at other rental dealers. We just said we already have a yearly insurance and that was it. We had no issues whatsover with surprise scratches or anything like that. They unlocked the €1050 deposit right away. Thanks so much, we will surely rent with Centauro again!
