L	Luca Mastrantonio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENZIONE AGLI OVERBOOKING prenotato tramite il loro sito ufficiale per tre giorni con tanto di conferma arrivata via WhatsApp. Arrivato il parcheggio è pieno e mi dicono di lasciare ad un angolo la mia auto e dare a loro le chiavi che poi ci avrebbero pensato loro a spostarla. Alla mia domanda del perché rispondono che sono pieni. Gli faccio presente che ho prenotato e loro rispondono che comunque sono pieni e che questa è la loro soluzione. Gli faccio presente che ciò non era scritto né sul sito né sul loro messaggio WhatsApp. Alla mia puntualizzazione che dovrebbero rivedere la loro organizzazione rispondono che sono più che organizzati e che è il sito che non tiene conto delle macchine. Il tizio mi invita o accettare le loro condizioni o a parcheggiare in aeroporto. Ho optato per la seconda per principio e che se ho anche pagato il doppio ne vale il servizio. Dopo aver pagato e fatto biglietto su internet, mi reco sul posto proprio oggi per capire l'ubicazione, il parcheggio è vuoto il cancello è chiuso non c'è nessuno e nel cancello c'è un cartello con scritto: attività chiusa per ammodernamento, meno male ci sono andato qualche giorno prima di partire altrimenti mi saltava il viaggio A scam ... All'andata -poiche il transfer era partito da poco- hanno attivato un altro transfer per evitare di farmi aspettare qualche minuto in più. Al ritorno li ho trovati subito fuori l'aeroporto ad aspettarmi Great experience: well organized parking near the airport, friendly and punctual staff. Le 2 stelle vanno al parcheggio non asfaltato (visto il prezzo) e perché ho trovato la macchina con segni delle mani come se l'avessero spinta davanti e dietro più volte (anche se ho lasciato le chiavi) e poi con le mani sporche hanno toccato il volante (che ho trovato molto sporco). The service works well. They are very punctual. The 2 stars go to the unpaved parking lot (given the price) and because I found the car with hand marks as if they had pushed it front and back several times (even if I left the keys) and then with dirty hands they touched the steering wheel (which I found very dirty).
