Ottimo servizio. Costo veramente conveniente ed in più ci siamo fatti pulire l'auto. Consigliatissimo!

Ottima soluzione in alternativa al solito costoso parcheggio dell'aeroporto. Eravamo preoccupati al ritorno visto che il nostro aereo atterrava dopo la mezza notte, ma è stata solo una inutile paura visto che ci sono venuti a prendere all'1.30. Personale affidabile rispettoso e professionale.

Al rientro una disavventura, eravamo in otto e sono venuti a prenderci con un mezzo che portava sei persone, l'autista con estrema arroganza prima di salire ci ha chiesto il modulo di accettazione autovettura, modalità non prevista da nessuna parte. Alle nostre lamentele ci ha lasciato in aerostazione sotto la pioggia esclamando con sufficienza che il problema era nostro andando via. Abbiamo richiamato nuovamente l'accettazione e dopo ci hanno mandato un mezzo adeguato per otto persone con un autista molto più garbato. Arrivati nella sede abbiamo esposto all'accettazione quanto successo e lo stesso autista "attore" della vicenda se la rideva.

Mi sarei aspettato di lasciare la macchina su un terreno asfaltato e non un terreno sterrato . Ho trovato la macchina in condizioni pietose. In generale non sono stato particolarmente soddisfatto. Inoltre, ho trovato macchina con un graffio. Conclusione, non ritengo che si risparmi, perché se si considerano 10-15 euro per il lavaggio e qualche centinaio di euro per togliere i graffi....

No fuss parking. Cheap daily rates. We paid $11 a day.

BE CAREFUL for wowrent! Car was very dirty. Charged us 50€ extra for "being late" (but we called them in time)! Instead of full/full they gave us an empty car! Never again

Be very careful with Wow Rent. Completely shocking and dishonest service. We took out the super cover with the company and its hopeless. Doesn't cover anything you think it would. We received a New Car, before leaving the lot we confirmed which fuel was required for the car, as we got the car on empty. The policy when booked online was full to full. We were told the fuel was Petrol. We then had to find petrol station at night. We found one and fill the car with €40 of Petrol. We then drove to our hotel and parked the car. The next day we started the car and it wasn't working, the car would engine would keep cutting out. We call them, the give us another number to go the breakdown company. We were that the tow truck would take us back to the office to get a new car, which then the driver refused to take and said we need to take a taxi. We finally got to the office and got a replacement card. A few days a later we get an email say we need pay for damages, not explaining a what happened to the car or giving us a report. Expecting us just to pay. After many phone calls and emails we get an email say that we mis-fuelled the vehicle and we are held liable and the insurance we've taken has cover us. We refused as we know we have filled the car with the correct fuel and yet no one was willing go help us. Everyone keep putting the blaming us, say it's our fault and we need to pay. The staff are extremely unhelpful and rude. We refused to pay the inflated charges as we could see the invoice for the repair was €350 and we were being charged €850. Upon looking at my online banking the company has debited my account without my authorisation. Overall, my experience with the company is complete horrible, it ruined a perfect good holiday as I has just proposed to my girlfriend. Avoid this company at all costs.
