β β β β β There is no menu here and very limited time to talk to the waiter to get your order right. It was a unique experience non the less. Sandwiches are 7e, we took mortadela and procuitto. Juices from the stall across 7e for 2. It's a tourist trap but a good one.

β β β β β Do not miss this one! Watching the sandwich being made is pure art. You order and wait to be surprised what's gonna be inside. The taste is just wonderful, the quality is unmatched and the people are so nice. Would return any day!

β β β β β Excellent experience. The guy behind the counter was handing out things to try, which were all delicious. Got a sharing platter which was pretty amazing. Prices were very reasonable. Most of the food I had on the island was forgettable, this was great.

β β β β β One of the best sandwiches I've eaten anywhere. Having recently eaten multiple times at the famous al antico vinaio chain, the sandwich here was more flavourful and texturally interesting. Crispy, high quality bread and vibrant fresh cheese, vegetables and flavourful pickles make each bite a delight. Topped with wonderful and kind service ,I.e. making sure I received my 2nd order which I forgot about as I was so full from the first sandwich.

β β β β β Best sandwich experience ever. Just go there. Fight the crowd or wait for an hour but just go there. It's definitely worth it!
Btw, we paid 7β¬ for a bit sandwich - only half is in the photo.

β β β β β This is a fantastic place to let the Italian culture wake up all your senses. Delicious fresh food, top-notch service and great environment. The best thing you can actually do is go there and trust whatever they offer to prepare for you. They hold the secret to elevate the panini-making art. I promise, you wonβt regret it. Be prepared to wait a bit in line, because this place is very popular. However, the waiting is worth every second. Hope you have a great time!

β β β β β Excellent sandwiches at a great price and interesting street market. Glad we went but weβll likely never go back to Sicily. It was an absolute CF getting to and around Syracuse. These people do NOT know how to drive and the region in general is very run down and dirty. 4 stars for the lunch, 1 star for Sicily, 0 stars for Syracuse.
