I had prawn spaghetti and aubergine bake which were copious, inexpensive and tasted great. Service was slow but that's the only downside. Great value for money and worth a visit if you're in the neighborhood.
E	Ecuadorianbus Charter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went yesterday to a “luxury” restaurant for a dinner with lots of coocking technics so we decided to do it easy today and try “street food”. We were recomended to go to Caseificio Borderi but when arrived, it was closed for several days... So we had two opportunities in the same street with the same food style: - la Lysca Cucina or L’Isoletta. Considering that la Lysca looked little more like a restaurant, we decided for L’Isoletta beeing more simple! We will never regret our choice! Started with an octopus salad witch was tender and tastefull. My parents wanted to drink a glass of white wine but was served only by full size bottle. For 18€ they had an organic delicious white wine! As main dish, we all choose something different! All were better than the other choice! Look at the pictures... Total price paid was really street priced! Conclusion: you don’t have to chose expensive restaurants to eat well in Siracusa (Ortigia).

It was amazing and I'd urge you to do the same. Some people might say the service is slow, I say relax, you're in the south. It's well worth the wait.

Aperol, salad like for bulls, testless, and wine and fried fish. But they give you choice what to drink and eat first. Mixed fried fish dish is something undiscibable, gum octopus, normal fish is not visible, and couldn't feel fresh fish test! The prices in the list 18€ per zuppa don't know how transformed in 30 in the check... Just run away and use your time and money for something normal...??????????????
