★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for fresh fish and seafood in Avola and Lido di Noto area, and found it here. It is exactly what I was searching for. Fantastic tuna, fresh swordfish, octopus, etc. Really recommend. You can park you car not far away on parking house next to sea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was working here on a yacht and we went with the chef and the guests to have a look at the market. This place was crazy! They sang a song to us and I’ve never seen anyone chop a fish that fast! Best market experience ever! (And the chef was very happy with the seafood as well)

(he was even featured with alfio di mare and rick steves), the spada (swordfish) he cuts to order is tender and terrific poached in vino; arrive early by 7am to get it freshest
