Niente di grave...però la mia soddisfazione e' uguale a 0 Vi sconsiglio questo posto. I choose avis because they have the 500 instead of the Panda which is noisy inside, I arrive and they give me a Panda. Nothing serious ... but my satisfaction is equal to 0 I do not recommend this place.

F	Francesco Corallo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recentemente ho avuto la pessima idea di noleggiare con AVIS, per due giorni, un Fiat Doblò Cargo per un piccolo trasloco imprevisto. Mi è stato consegnato un "bidone da rottamare", vecchio di 5 anni, in condizioni pietose di sia di carrozzeria che di meccanica ma sopratutto con interni lerci e maleodoranti. Nell'abitacolo ho trovato resti di cibo, schifezze varie e persino un pannolino sporco di cacca nel vano portaoggetti... Avevo fretta ed il mezzo era l'unico disponibile ed ogni protesta al personale, di una maleducazione e di un menefreghismo senza eguali, sarebbe stata inutile. Alla fine del noleggio, a distanza di giorni, mi sono stati anche addebitati sulla carta di credito, senza alcuna giustificazione, 32 euro in più rispetto al costo indicato nel "contratto". Visto che sono un signore evito qualsiasi azione o denuncia e lascio questi spiccioli rubati come elemosina ad una azienda di poveracci che evidentemente campa di "espedienti" con le carte di credito e non nemmeno due soldi per tenere puliti e in condizioni decorose i mezzi che noleggia. Ah dimenticavo ovviamente non mi è stata rilasciata nessuna ricevuta o attestazione di pagamento ma ho solo un "contratto" scritto su un pezzo di "carta del salame" scarabocchiato a mano, in mezzo alla strada, dal "bifolco" a cui ho riconsegnato il bidone puzzolente. I recently had the bad idea of renting a Fiat Doblò Cargo with AVIS for two days for an unexpected small move. I was given a "scrap bin", 5 years old, in pitiful condition of both bodywork and mechanics but above all with dirty and smelly interior. In the passenger compartment I found remains of food, various rubbish and even a nappy dirty with poop in the glove compartment ... I was in a hurry and the vehicle was the only one available and any protest to the staff, of a rudeness and indifference without equal, would have been useless. At the end of the rental, after a few days, I was also charged on my credit card, without any justification, 32 euros more than the cost indicated in the "contract". Since I am a gentleman, I avoid any action or complaint and leave these stolen coins as alms to a company of poor people who evidently make a living from "gimmicks" with credit cards and not even two pennies to keep the vehicles rented clean and in decent condition. . Oh I forgot obviously no receipt or proof of payment was issued to me but I only have a "contract" written on a piece of "salami paper" scribbled by hand, in the middle of the road, by the "yoke" to whom I returned the bin smelly.

Vetture sempre pulite e personale cortese e attento alle mie esigenze, anche senza preavviso. Fattura immediata a fine noleggio Prezzi chiari ed esposti correttamente nel dettaglio. Grazie. Continuate cosi I've been renting cars and vans from this Avis center for years. I have always been satisfied in every request. Always clean cars and courteous staff attentive to my needs, even without notice. Immediate invoice at the end of the rental Clear prices and correctly exposed in detail. Thanks. Keep it up
