Delicatezza e accuratezza nella preparazione di ogni prodotto che vi si trova al suo interno, dal pane ai dolci etc. Ordine, pulizia... tutto rispecchia i proprietari del locale: gente perbene e cordiale che lavora con assoluta dedizione. Dolci di una bontà e raffinatezza, uniche!

Il pane lo producono proprio loro, di tutte le qualità (Altamura, ai 5 cereali, alla curcuma, alle farine antiche, al sesamo, si segale...)
Ci sono anche i prodotti da forno colombe e panettoni tradizionali, per non parlare del panettone alle noci, un prodotto unico!
E pizze e focacce...
È da provare!
