Il vero Mago della Pizza "Mimmo" non si limita a fare impasto, condire ed infornare, ma seleziona attentamente ogni ingrediente, dal pomodoro alla particolare qualità di patate (davvero le ho viste infornare crude sopra l'impasto ed uscire perfettamente cotte, nonostante lo spessore di taglio!). Locale pulito e tranquillo. C'è posto auto per disabili a pochi metri (10) dal negozio.
Se ci passate mandatemi un messaggio, ve ne scroccherò volentieri un pezzo. Offrite voi?????
The best pizza in Milan, find it here! The real "Mimmo" Pizza Wizard doesn't just make dough, season and bake, but he carefully selects every ingredient, from tomato to the particular quality of potatoes (I really saw them bake raw on top of the dough and come out perfectly cooked, despite the cutting thickness!). Clean and quiet place. There is parking space for the disabled a few meters (10) from the shop.
