Mia ingenuità non aver insistito per avere un'auto dalla capienza più adeguata come richiesto ) era non solo piccola e con bagagliaio inadeguato, ma presentava anche un problema di ripresa e tenuta di strada: sia a pieno carico che non, sia in autostrada che in strade statali e con curve. Alla consegna il personale è stato molto gentile e l'auto era pulita. Alla segnalazione del problema mi è stato consigliato di levare il sistema di controllo della trazione: il problema era nella tenuta di strada e levando questo controllo il problema sarebbe aumentato.. Oltre che non è stato possibile fare tale modifica. Guido auto a noleggio da anni ma non mi era mai capitata una problematica simile. The car delivered, indicated as being of the same category as that requested (instead of a kia picanto an Up was delivered! ... My naivety did not insist on having a car with the most adequate capacity as requested) was not only small and with inadequate luggage compartment, but it also presented a problem of recovery and road holding: both fully loaded and not, both on the motorway and on state roads and with curves. Upon delivery the staff were very friendly and the car was clean. When the problem was reported, I was advised to remove the traction control system: the problem was in road holding and by removing this control, the problem would have increased. In addition, it was not possible to make this change. I have been driving rental cars for years but I have never had a similar problem before.

Prezzi di noleggio molto concorrenziali e con assicurazione completa senza franchigia. Excellent experience with Autovia, easily accessible offices adjacent to the airport, very kind staff, superior model delivered car with a limited paper block compared to the competition. Very competitive rental prices and with full insurance without excess.
j	juan para on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al mio arrivo nella filiale dell'aereoporto c era un ragazzo che é stato gentile e mi ha aiutato a trovare una soluzione per le mie esigenze .. il problema é stato quando ho riconsegnato l'auto perché c'era una ragazza a dir poco strana che non si é degnata nemmeno di un basico saluto .. capisco i 2 anni di pandemia e i tempi brutti in cui viviamo ma persone cosí azzeccano sempre quando rimangono a casa loro Upon my arrival in the airport branch there was a guy who was kind and helped me find a solution for my needs .. the problem was when I returned the car because there was a strange girl to say the least who didn't even deign to say a basic greeting .. I understand the 2 years of the pandemic and the bad times we live in but people like that always get it right when they stay at home
