Controllate bene le auto!!Abbiamo noleggiato un auto che aveva un graffio che non abbiamo visto al momento del ritiro e abbiamo dovuto pagare 150β¬ nonostante Lβassicurazione mini casco. Non si riesce a prenotare online, quindi bisogna telefonare. Dopo il pagamento non arriva mai la conferma tramite email, solo un messaggio whatsapp. Abbiamo prenotato in Palermo cittΓ , perΓ³ dopo il pagamento ci chiedono di andare a ritirare lβauto a Terrasini(35km da Palermo) oppure di pagare 50β¬ in piΓΉ. Assolutamente da evitare!!

β β β β β BEWARE of this car rental. I booked and paid car, they cancel reservation. So, I booked another car and they cancel it again. Now I have about day to find another car which is almost impossible (for reasonable price). Absolutely cannot recommend. Book your car somewhere else.

β β β β β Worst experience in my life!
I booked and was charged for an Audi automatic car and when we arrive there they just provided a manual VW Golf because "actually we don't have the car you paid for but we cannot refund the difference as both manual and automatic cars' prices are the exactly the same".
They just speak Italian, and when something happened to the car they just shout a random price to compensate it, without providing any clear calculation.
In few words, dishonesty and being rude are the main requirements to work there.

β β β β β DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. YOU'LL BE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY..
I reserved a car for one week in Catania and wired them the money. Thought I was getting a good deal with no big deposit. WRONG!
I ordered a nice Peugeot 207 and they pulled up a PAINT FADED, TIRES BALDING, KEY FOB BROKEN AND BARLEY HANDING ON, DRIVER SIDE DOOR DIDN'T LOCK, WREAKING OF CIGARETTS, CODE WARNING LIGHTS ON, DENTED AND DINGED UP MAZDA POS!!! And the worst part..
They DON"T SPEAK A LICK OF ENGLISH!!! You would thing someone there would learn since most of their rentals go towards tourism. Sad Sad business here. I'll repeat.. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!

β β β β β They are scamming people. Made a reservation for Bergamo, and they never refunded money since they COULD NOT OFFER a car. Reservation was made 20 days earlier and they never said that they would have a problem delivering. They offered a "voucher" instead of a refund. Thankfully my bamk will refund the money. Stay away from those scammers!

β β β β β I paid almost 500β¬ for seven days and specifically booked for an Alfa Romeo 147 diesel. When I arrived on Friday the 11th of March at the pickup area I was given a Mazda 2 in bad shape. When I asked why I am given this car and not what I had booked they just replied "that's the one for you". So now and till the 18th of March, I will be using (in fear) a car that has an engine light on, with the front suspension rattling, fogged headlights, no heater, my seat broken, the parcel shelf broken, windscreen wipers in need of replacement, the wiper blades with surface rust and the clutch pedal gives me the impression that it will collapse soon. Why am I treated like this? I have rented a car in the past from the company and I was pleased, why am I being treated like this!!
