D	Dadou T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Déçus d'Europcar. Nous avons pris la voiture de nuit. Les parebrises étaient sales et plus du tout de liquide d'essuies-glaces. Une fois arrivés sur route non éclairée nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de découvrir qu'une ampoule de phare ne fonctionnait pas. Et le lendemain nous nous sommes aperçus que la voiture était un peu accidentée. Personne pour faire l'état des lieux au départ.. Je mets quand même deux étoiles car le personnel à l'accueil était accueillant, souriant, aimable et efficace. Espérons qu'ils le seront aussi à notre retour pour rendre la voiture et qu'ils vont rembourser l'ampoule de phare et le liquide d'essuies-glaces que nous avons du acheter de notre poche.. Disappointed with Europcar. We took the car at night. The windshields were dirty and no more wiper fluid. Once we arrived on the unlit road, we had the bad surprise to discover that a headlight bulb was not working. And the next day we noticed that the car was a bit damaged. No one to make the inventory on departure. I still put two stars because the reception staff were welcoming, smiling, friendly and efficient. Hopefully they will be back when we get back to return the car and that they will reimburse the headlight bulb and the wiper fluid that we had to buy out of our pocket.
A	Ann W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht Buchen! Auto wird so dreckig übergeben das man nicht alle Kratzer und Schäden sehen kann! Welche jedoch zahlreich vorhanden waren. Bei der Rückgabe kam ein Mitarbeiter und ging zielgerichtet auf einen nicht eingetragen Schaden zu? Kosten für einen kleinen Kratzer welcher von einem anderen Auto verursacht wurde, 300€. Bei der gewählten Versicherung mit Eigenbeteiligung von 300€ maximal, Höchstpreis! Definitv nicht gerechtfertigt bei einem vorher exestierenden Schaden! Eine solche Abzocke ist sicherlich beabsichtigt um den geringen Mietpreis auszugleichen, dennoch würde ich niemals wieder dort buchen! Don't book! The car is handed over so dirty that you cannot see all the scratches and damage! Which, however, were numerous. When returning, an employee came and approached a damage that was not registered ? Costs for a small scratch caused by another car, 300 €. With the selected insurance with excess of 300€ maximum, maximum price! Definitely not justified with a previously existing damage! Such a rip-off is certainly intended to compensate for the low rental price, but I would never book there again!

T	Travelling to Work on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked at their website in advance and didn’t encounter any surprises. Debit cards only accepted if they have a VISA or MASTERCARD logo and the number and name on card is embossed (not prepaid)

Had to wait 30 minutes for a reserved car and it was not high season anymore. The car I got was so dirty that I could not see the scratches on it. Had first to clean to see them. There was as well no water in the washer to clean the windshiled. It worked only ones and then it was empty...
Y	Yoav Bar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High price with no added value. Car was basic and a little worn, AC was funky and service was minimal, not even water for the windshield. Better to book with one of the cheaper companies for more than half the price next time.
D	DJ DJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad and dangerous service! She took the nail out of the wheel and told us "it's ok, you can drive" = I wanted a new car. She told me, that there is no other car available.. just lies. I started to discuss it and to take out my contract etc.. finally she said that there is maybe a car available.. But: The man at the front desk told me before that there are other cars and if I want to upgrade my car. So.. don't book here! Don't drive the black Audi A3! We had to wait 1 hour for the car. And then another hour for the new car..
