Les échanges sont faciles sur What’s app : seule condition : ils ne parlent que l’italien , mais avec le traducteur Google tout va bien ! Flexibles sur les horaires , sympathiques, prise en main et retour efficaces. Nous recommandons ! Reliable and friendly car rental; we feared rental scams and Italian friends recommended this rental company to us, 5 minutes from the airport (by a shuttle that picks you up at the terminal), at very reasonable prices. Exchanges are easy on What's app: only condition: they only speak Italian, but with the Google translator everything is fine! Flexible on schedules, friendly, efficient handling and return. La navetta ci ha preso all'aeroporto e ci ha accompagnato al parcheggio dove al momento della consegna dell'auto ci è stato spiegato tutto alla perfezione facendoci vedere di sua spontanea volontà i piccoli graffi già presenti, onde evitare spiacevoli inconvenienti alla riconsegna, cosa che ho molto apprezzato. Alla riconsegna tutto nella norma con trasporto all'aeroporto in navetta compreso nel pacchetto. Esperienza super positiva. Ci rivolgeremo sicuramente a loro per un altro noleggio. First time I rented a car from them and I have to say it was a great experience. The shuttle took us to the airport and accompanied us to the parking lot where, upon delivery of the car, everything was explained to us perfectly, letting us see the small scratches already present of our own free will, in order to avoid unpleasant inconveniences upon delivery, which I very much appreciated. At the return all in the norm with transport to the airport by shuttle included in the package. Super positive experience. We will definitely turn to them for another rental.
