β β β β β Waste of time. Incompetent practices. I went to get a scooter and the lady told me to come back in 24 hours.. so I waited as agreed and didnβt check one of the many other local companies. Woops!
When I returned theyβd forgotten my booking so they tried frantically to book me a scooter nearby. Lots of gesticulating and Italianate anxiety. They managed to find something and said Id keep the same deal I had with them originally, finally after waiting an hour I went to their friendβs agent and nearly got my scooter but the new agent doubled the price , so I walked off. The process was v tedious and a waste of my holiday

β β β β β I was trying to rent a scooter which is not so easy in Palermo if you are not doing this in advance. On friday the lady working there told me that there will be no problem to rent a scooter next day morning and even if there is no one avaliable at the place, I will wait 10 min and they bring one for me. When I came next day in the morning (and it wasn't for me just a 3 minutes walk to get there from the hotel) the same lady smiling said "sorry, no scooters"! This is a total disappointment especially that I asked the day before if I should book now or just come back in the morning. I strongly don't recommend this rental as unreliable.

β β β β β All was good. We were a bit affraid to put our money here because the firm looked quite new, but everyting was allright and professional. The car, comunication and stuff were all ok :-) Prices were higher that we expected but in comparision with other rentals it was ok. We also had little trouble with additional driver but the stuff helped us. I can only recommend.

β β β β β Great support and service - everything was clearly explained in English. The car we received was high quality - the price we paid for the car quality is simply amazing. Also, debit cards and cash is accepted (which is not usual in Palermo).
We were able to bring back the car even when the office was closed, without additional fees. Also, as 23 years-old driver, I didn't pay any additional costs related to my age, which is great.
I recommend first calling the company by phone as they can explain everything well in English and come to the office only to finalize all deals and pick up the car. If you wish to use a car to move around Sicily, Automania seems like the best option. The experience of mine and my 4 friends was great and I can highly recommend this car rental.

β β β β β Great staff working there! They've explained everything in a very good English. We got a very good quality car, no additional fees due to young driver (23).
It was possible to use a debit card which is not that usual in Palermo (in other car rental places we had to have a credit card).
We've got a full insurance and coverage in case of accident etc. The service was provided for 24h via phone and no charges when we gave the keys after working hours (we simply put it into the box, took pictures of the parked car and sent the email with confirmation).
Definitely worth our recommendiation!

β β β β β Very nice and serviable. Very reassuring and honests. Very helpful and ready to do anything to help you. We rented a car, at a very competitive price, when the other car dealership failed to help us and left us alone in Palermo without car. The car was clean and ideal to travel. No problem when returning it and no scam with scratches as you sometimes see. You can trust them. Thank you again !
