Staff at the counter very rude, even the human aspect has its importance, it was the first time I entered this studio and it will be the last.

Ma forse è per via delle numerose affluenze date dalla loro competenza e professionalità. Quando ti rechi allo studio per un esame sono pratici, veloci competenti e professionali. Diamo a Cesare quel che é di Cesare. ? It is true that communicating by phone (and x via WhatsApp) with them is almost impossible ... Modifico recensione da 4 a 5 stelle perché la quasi impossibilità di contattarli al cell o x via whattsapp, quando ti tro i da loro viene completamente surclassata dalla professionalità, velocità, organizzazione, disponibilità e gentilezza nonostante i numerosissimi utenti. Pratici e gentili come sempre nonostante le restrizioni Covid (e non si tratta di un caso isolato, sono andata da loro anche altre volte). La cosa importante in fin dei conti è la PRATICA quando si parla di salute. As promised ... I change review from 4 to 5 stars because the almost impossibility of contacting them on the cell or via whattsapp, when you find them is completely outclassed by professionalism, speed, organization, availability and kindness despite the many users. Practical and kind as always despite Covid restrictions (and this is not an isolated case, I have also gone to them other times). After all, the important thing is PRACTICE when it comes to health.

Ma la cosa peggiore è stato il fatto che si dice: non mi è riuscita, vuoi che riproviamo oppure no? Io avrei detto no ovviamente perché ci sono troppe radiazioni siete da denuncia They did 2 consecutive coronotacs for me because, according to them, they didn't succeed in the first one and not even the second. Accoglienza del personale addetto IMPECCABILE, Francesco, il ragazzo in portineria è stato educatissimo, esaustivo nella spiegazione di tutti quelli che sono gli adempimenti da seguire in struttura e sulla preparazione dell'esame RMN che avevo prenotato. Riguardo al personale medico, posso sostenere che non ho mai avuto il piacere di conoscere una radiologa così preparata, gentile, accorta e disponibile. La dottoressa Elena possiede capacità ed una sensibilità fuori dal comune...pur soffrendo io di disturbi di claustrofobia è riuscita a tranquillizzarmi e a farmi sentire a mio agio come nessun'altra prima d'ora... Reception of the staff IMPECCABLE, Francesco, the guy at the concierge was very polite, exhaustive in the explanation of all the requirements to be followed in the structure and on the preparation of the MRI exam that I had booked. Regarding the medical staff, I can argue that I have never had the pleasure of meeting such a trained, kind, shrewd and helpful radiologist. Doctor Elena has extraordinary skills and sensitivity ... even though I suffer from claustrophobic disorders she managed to calm me down and make me feel at ease like no other before ...
