C	Claudia Antonella Terrasi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve, a differenza di tante recensioni negative, la mia è positivissima, è vero anche io ho atteso per la prenotazione, ma poi sono riuscita a fare l'esame anche in tempi davvero brevi, mi è sembrato giusto chiedere a loro stessi il perché di queste recensioni, e loro mi hanno spiegato che sono invasi da richieste, e che in questo momento hanno mancanza di personale, che è stato distribuito per svolgere le mansioni dell'emergenza covid, fanno il possibile, per rispondere a tutti ma ovviamente ci mettono più tempo. Non è assolutamente vero che il personale della segreteria non sia disponibile e gentile, io ho trovato un ottima accoglienza da quando mi sono aperte le porte scorrevoli fino a quando ho eseguito l'esame, inoltre questo centro vanta davvero apparecchiature all'avanguardia, personale competente e professionale, è pulito, e i dottori sono disponibili per eventuali chiarimenti sulle diagnosi, infine, altra cosa importantissima sopratutto in questo momento che abbiamo tutti difficoltà economiche, i prezzi sono davvero contenuti e accessibili a tutti, lo dico perché lo stesso esame l'ho eseguito precedentemente in un altro laboratorio e mi è costato il doppio. Io lo consiglio e mi dispiace per loro davvero, perché io ho potuto constatare che tutto quello scritto dagli altri non è la verità !!! It is absolutely not true that the secretarial staff is not helpful and kind, I found an excellent welcome from when the sliding doors opened to me until I took the exam, moreover this center really boasts state-of-the-art equipment, competent staff and professional, it is clean, and the doctors are available for any clarifications on the diagnosis, finally, another very important thing especially in this moment that we all have economic difficulties, the prices are really low and accessible to all, I say this because the same exam I previously performed in another laboratory and cost me twice as much. I recommend it and I'm really sorry for them, because I have been able to see that everything written by others is not the truth !!!

È vero, il servizio clienti non è dei migliori, nessuno risponde al telefono, tramite whatsapp non sono molto rapidi e chiari, ma sono riusciuta ad ottenere un appuntamento. Date le nuove restrizioni, hanno organizzato il tutto con molta attenzione: plexiglas, distanze di sicurezza, gel per mani, misuratore di temperatura prima di entrare. I dipendenti che ho in incontrato sono stati molto gentili e cordiali, perciò sono rimasta soddisfatta. Given all the negative reviews I thought worse ... It's true, the customer service is not the best, nobody answers the phone, through whatsapp they are not very quick and clear, but I managed to get an appointment. Given the new restrictions, they organized everything very carefully: Plexiglas, safety distances, hand gel, temperature meter before entering. The employees I met were very nice and friendly, so I was satisfied.
E	Ennio Pontorno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nessuna risposta ad entrambe le loro mail di prenotazione, ne al numero whatsapp, ne alle telefonate, ne al form di prenotazione sul sito...il tutto nell'arco di una SETTIMANA! costretto a recarmici di presenza e non per lamentarmi, mi rispondono alla mail 2 ore dopo esserci stato...per un immunodepresso che DEVE fare queste analisi, essere costretto a esporsi più del dovuto in piena fase COVID è da denuncia....pessimo e reiterato modus operandi del segretariato; sul personale medico, struttura e apparecchiature, nulla da eccepire. no response to either of their booking emails, to the whatsapp number, to the phone calls, or to the booking form on the site ... all within a WEEK! forced to go there to be present and not to complain, they reply to the email 2 hours after being there ... for an immunosuppressed person who MUST do these analyzes, be forced to expose themselves more than necessary in full COVID phase is to be reported ... and reiterated modus operandi of the secretariat; on medical personnel, facility and equipment, nothing to complain.

Il servizio è piuttosto efficiente, solo che gli esiti, almeno per quanto concerne le radiografie, vengono consegnati con tempistiche non proprio velocissime. Molto apprezzabile il doppio supporto, sia tradizionale che in formato digitale, senza neanche doverlo chiedere. Very well equipped and modern center. The service is quite efficient, except that the results, at least as far as the radiographs are concerned, are delivered with not exactly fast times. The double support, both traditional and digital, is very appreciated, without even having to ask for it.

E nemmeno al bumero WhatsApp rispondono.... vergogna Shame, I've been calling the landline since yesterday, I don't understand why they don't answer, but no one works there at the call center or switchboard ?! And not even the WhatsApp bumero respond .... shame

Il 6 settembre ho contattato lo studio per prenotare una risonanza con mezzo di contrasto, richiedendo esclusivanente un macchinario aperto, essendo io super claustrofobica. Dopo aver risposto subito alla mia mail, i contatti sono proseguiti prima telefonicamente (mi hanno dato tutte le indicazioni per procedere) e successivamente su WhatsApp (foto della ricetta per prenotare). Dopo soli dieci giorni, il 16 (tempo record, a mio avviso!), ho effettuato l'esame, pagando soltanto il tichet (altri centri erano disponibili solo privatamente mediante il pagamento di 250€ circa). Ho trovato gli operatori gentili ed efficienti, hanno sempre risposto alle chiamate e ai messaggi che ho inviato loro. Lo stesso dicasi dei dipendenti all'interno del centro che, al mattino, hanno provveduto ad espletare la procedura prima della risonanza. Norme anti covid rispettate. Anche se il macchinario ha i laterali aperti, per me è letteralmente un dramma rimanere "chiusa" sotto il magnete a pochi cm dal viso, quindi un plauso in particolare al signor Mancuso, il tecnico che ha condotto l'esame, che con pazienza e gentilezza, con parole rassicuranti e di incoraggiamento durante l'esecuzione, ha fatto sì che potessi iniziare e portare a termine il tutto. Mi è sembrato un miracolo! L'ultima volta, in altra struttura e sempre con macchinario aperto, sono andata in panico. Dunque il mio giudizio non può che essere positivo, e ringrazio tutto il team che lavora in questo centro che mi ha messo nelle condizioni di fare finalmente una risonanza che rimandavo già da troppo tempo. Centro consigliato. My experience at the Radiodiagnostic center was absolutely positive. On September 6, I contacted the studio to book a contrast resonance, requesting only an open machine, being super claustrophobic. After replying to my email immediately, the contacts continued first by phone (they gave me all the information to proceed) and then on WhatsApp (photo of the recipe to book). After only ten days, on the 16th (record time, in my opinion!), I took the exam, paying only the tichet (other centers were available only privately by paying about € 250). I found the operators to be polite and efficient, they always responded to the calls and messages I sent them. The same applies to the employees inside the center who, in the morning, proceeded to carry out the procedure before the resonance. Compliance with anti covid rules. Even if the machine has open sides, for me it is literally a drama to remain "closed" under the magnet a few cm from the face, so a special applause to Mr. Mancuso, the technician who conducted the examination, who patiently and kindness, with reassuring words and encouragement during the execution, meant that I could start and finish it all. It seemed like a miracle to me! The last time, in another structure and always with the machinery open, I panicked. So my opinion can only be positive, and I thank all the team that works in this center who put me in a position to finally make a resonance that I have been postponing for too long. Recommended center.
