Arrivati in aeroporto a mezzanotte hanno trovato scuse per cui non avevano il seggiolino e mi è toccato fare il viaggio con il bimbo in collo vista l'ora! Molto delusa ed arrabbbiata! I chose them exclusively because they told me they had the car seat for my 3 year old. Arriving at the airport at midnight they found excuses for which they didn't have a seat and I had to travel with the baby in my neck given the time! Very disappointed and angry!
