A	Anna Kostromitina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trascorso 7 giorni di vacanza in Sicilia nel periodo natalizio con la mia famiglia, avevo una prenotazione con un altra compagnia ma non mi hanno dato la macchina perchè non avevo carta di credito, mi sono rivolta alla Holiday è mi sono trovata benissimo in quanto non solo mi hanno noleggiato l auto senza carta di credito ma mi hanno dato un auto più confortevole ovvero un Opel Mokka rispetto alla Polo che avevo prenotato con lo stesso prezzo, il personale è stato molto gentile e professionale spiegandomi anche i luoghi migliori da visitare, la Holiday mi ha aiutata, ha salvato e reso gradevole la mia vacanza. Sono rimasta soddisfatta del servizio. I spent 7 days of vacation in Sicily during the Christmas period with my family, I had a booking with another company but they didn't give me the car because I didn't have a credit card, I turned to Holiday and I had a great time as I didn't only they rented my car without a credit card but they gave me a more comfortable car or an Opel Mokka compared to the Polo I had booked with the same price, the staff was very kind and professional explaining also the best places to visit, the Holiday helped me, saved my holiday and made it pleasant. I was satisfied with the service.

Nel giro di 20 minuti avevamo le Chiavi in mano. Costi bassi, pagamento in contanti e macchina nuovissime oltre che pulitissime. An angel! After having a terrible experience with another car rental, we went desperately looking for 2 cars. Within 20 minutes we had the Keys in hand. Low costs, cash payment and car brand new as well as spotless.

Arrivati in aeroporto abbiamo scoperto che serviva la carta di credito e la nostra compagnia ci ha lasciato a piedi e le cifre richieste da altri erano veramente assurde! Con loro ci siamo trovati benissimo: ci hanno fornito subito un' auto e anche di cilindrata maggiore allo stesso prezzo con cui non abbiamo mai avuto problemi in 10 giorni! S	Salvatore C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito mau não consegui chegar a tempo por causa da perca do avião desde Marsilha a Catania no dia 8 de outubro 2021, disseram que devia ter avisado com 2h de antecedência! mas quando se perde um aviso a prioridade e tentar apanhar um outro voo e com muito stress a mistura, disseram que perdi todo o valor pago para 16 dias de aluguer do carro! Isso e roubar deliberadamente! Pelo menos uma parte deveria ter sida devolvida, nunca mais. Too bad I couldn't get there on time because of the lost plane from Marsilla to Catania on October 8, 2021, they said I should have given 2 hours notice! but when you miss a priority notice and try to take another flight and with a lot of stress the mixture, they said I lost all the amount paid for 16 days of car rental! That and deliberately stealing! At least a part should have been returned, never again.

Ho noleggiato direttamente in aeroporto appena arrivata in 5 minuti. Evitate la hertz Machine in order and kindness of the staff. You can also pay without a credit card.
