We have used them a few times for traveling around Sicily, and the staff are always super friendly, available, reliable, honest and helpful. Especially Francesco. The cars are in great shape, the prices are great, and their hours are super convenient.

β β β β β Professional - all with signed papers. Explained all perfectly. Suggested the best package. Car (Fiat panda) was in perfect conditions. Come back with car in late evening, could leave in garage and the next day we went to the office for deposit (200 euro, we left in cash), got it back easely. It is possible to left deposit by credit or debit card as well. For 2 days paid 127 euro. Next time for sure will come back to them.

β β β β β Only rental we found open at 8am in the morning. We went to the wrong rental place and they fetched us from there. We reached out on Google maps and they communicated in English and quick enough. Showed us the ins and outs of the car we rented, told us what to visit in Sicily, recommended toll free roads, communicated well through email as well as over the phone. We rented an automatic car twice, with a full tank and a fair price. They accepted debit visa card. They didnβt require a paper printed voucher. You can park at a convenient place when returning the car. All in all, very professional and friendly ! Thank you SRC β€οΈ

β β β β β It was one of the my best experience. Every workers are so kind and friendly. When I visited it to rent a car, he explained the car rental policy step by step. It was my first visit to Sicily, so I was very worried, so I was thankful that you answered me sincerely even though I asked many questions. Also, I made a mistake in entering Zone ZTL without a ZTL ticket, and the staff here helped me to the end not to pay the fine. Perhaps this courtesy of the staff may be taken for granted, but we should not take it for granted. I would recommend that people rent here if they want to rent in Palermo. SRC rent car is the best in the Palermo!
