Nonostante qualche piccola sbavatura verificatasi dopo l'arrivo dell'auto, il mio plauso va alla prontezza con la quale è stata gestita la questione ed al buon senso dimostrato nella ricerca di una soluzione reciprocamente soddisfacente. Bravi bravi bravi! Professionalism, correctness, availability and competence, these are the "weapons" with which Ariel Car, in the person of mr. Saladin made my shopping experience more than positive. La prima, una station wagon focus, ha percorso con me circa 300000 km senza nessun problema particolare, a parte la regolare manutenzione, in aggiunta ai 148000 che aveva al momento dell'acquisto. Ho consigliato, vista l'esperienza positiva a diversi amici di affidarsi alla loro professionalità e sono certo che alcuni li abbiano fatto. Ho acquistato da poco un'altra Ford station wagon per via della tanta strada che percorro ogni giorno e mi reputo pienamente soddisfatto sia del servizio pre-vendita (poter visionare comodamente da casa un album dettagliato di foto dell'autoveicolo con tutta la documentazione necessaria) che di vendita (cura e professionalità nel passaggio di proprietà e servizio eccellente di supporto del cliente. Ho guidato con piacere l'auto e mi ritengo molto soddisfatto. Aggiungo inoltre un grazie particolare al Sig. Saladino che con affabilità, precisione e professionalità mi ha accompagnato durante le operazioni necessarie all'acquisto. It is the second car I buy with Ariel car.
