La vettura mi serviva con una certa urgenza e il personale si è messo a completa disposizione, rispettando i tempi di consegna. Dovendo rottamare una macchina, cosa che l'auto concessionaria è propensa a fare, porto i documenti e si comunica che il documento vecchio di un decennio è ormai intestato ad un morto pur avendo tutti i dati tecnici del mezzo e nonostante si fosse ribadito il completamento della successione e che quindi si dovesse solo ristampare il documento presso l'ufficio competente, l'impiegato comprendendo la situazione esordisce chiedendo da quanto è morto il proprietario e se vi fossero documenti ancora "validi" scusandosi poi con altra indelicatezza della sua indelicatezza.
