★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con TIM ho avuto un pessimo trattamento in quanto le bollette per la fibra di casa hanno raggiunto un importo che non mi era stato prospettato in questo modo così caro un anno fa .
Mi sono quindi recata per chiedere informazioni in questo negozio ma l'impiegato ha cercato in tutti i modi di convincermi che il contratto con wind prevede per forza il modem ......anche qua , quindi, mancanza di chiarezza sin dal primo giorno perché IL MODEM PUÒ ESSERE S ELTO DA NOI CLIENTI in quanto dal 01/12/2018 Non è più obbligatorio prendere quello proposto dal provider .
E questa informazione mi è stata celata anzi rappresentata come non veritiera mentre invece ad essere NON vera é l'informazione che il modem deve essere inserito obbligatoriamente a rate nel contratto .
MA PERCHÉ QUESTE BUGIE ?
With TIM I had a very bad treatment because the bills for home fiber reached an amount that had not been presented to me in this expensive way a year ago.
I then went to ask for information in this store but the employee tried in every way to convince me that the contract with wind necessarily requires the modem ...... even here, therefore, lack of clarity from the first day because THE MODEM CAN BE SELECTED FROM US CUSTOMERS as from 01/12/2018 It is no longer mandatory to take the one proposed by the provider.
And this information has been hidden to me rather represented as untrue, whereas instead it is NOT true that information is required that the modem must be inserted into the contract in installments.
BUT WHY THESE LIES?
