★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza: un anno e mezzo fa ho comprato gli occhiali ma,visto lo scarso materiale, per ben tre volte mi hanno sostituito le aste...adesso sono fuori produzione...dicono. Risultato? Non si assumono la responsabilità e quindi dovró comprare un altro occhiale nuovo. Ovviamente non più da loro!!!
 Bad experience: a year and a half ago I bought the glasses but, given the scarce material, they replaced the temples three times ... now they are out of production ... they say. Result? They do not take responsibility and therefore I will have to buy another new pair of glasses. Obviously no longer from them !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un paio di occhiali in questo centro e sono rimasta estremamente colpita dalla professionalità, dedizione, pazienza e gentilezza che hanno dimostrato tutti quanti gli impiegati. E' evidente che amano il loro lavoro, e in questo senso trasmettono sicurezza, affidabilità e credibilità. Chiunque sia il proprietario/i dovrebbe tenersi ben stretti questi collaboratori e magari gratificarli economicamente , se non lo fa già magari consapevole della fortuna che ha, perché oggi a Palermo nei negozi in generale è molto difficile trovare impiegati che hanno cosi tante qualità e propensione alla vendita quasi come se l'attività fosse la propria.
I bought a pair of glasses in this center and I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, dedication, patience and kindness that all the employees showed. It is clear that they love their job, and in this sense they transmit security, reliability and credibility. Whoever the owner / s should keep these collaborators close and maybe reward them financially, if he doesn't already maybe aware of the luck he has, because today in Palermo in shops in general it is very difficult to find employees who have so many qualities and propensity to sale almost as if the business were their own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza ultra negativa, acquistato occhiali progressivi completamente sbagliati sia dal punto di vista di centratura lenti e sia come montatura non adatta per questo tipo di lenti, quest'ultima consigliata dal personale addetto alla vendita decisamente incompetente.Naturalmente non mi hanno sostituito nulla essendo ancora a tutt'oggi in garanzia. Da non consigliare........poca serietà.
Ultra negative experience, purchased progressive glasses completely wrong both from the point of view of lens centering and as a frame not suitable for this type of lenses, the latter recommended by the decidedly incompetent sales staff. still under warranty. Not to be recommended ........ little seriousness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ovviamente per la mia esperienza positiva do' il massimo del punteggio. Visto che parliamo di occhiali ed il motivo e' il non vederci bene senza essi ( invece l'imprevisto invece ci vede benissimo), di domenica mi si sono rotti gli occhiali perché son caduti. Ho subito pensato di recarmi al centro commerciale, e mi sono trovato davanti al negozio. Mi hanno subito esposto diversi modelli, ma questo rapporto qualità prezzo compreso di tutto è stato ottimo. Lo consiglio quindi pienamente.
Obviously for my positive experience I give the maximum score. Since we are talking about glasses and the reason is not seeing well without them (instead the unexpected instead sees very well), on Sunday my glasses broke because they fell. I immediately thought about going to the mall, and I found myself in front of the shop. I was immediately exposed to several models, but this value for money including everything was excellent. I therefore recommend it fully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che con un occhiale a 50 euro nessuno può solo lontanamente pensare che la qualità sia eccellente... Nel caso specifico, nella montatura scelta da me si è rotta la molla dell'aggancio asticella-montatura dopo neanche una settimana e con un uso minimo. Spero chiaramente sia un caso sfortunato. Tuttavia devo ammettere che il venditore ha dimostrato una grande disponibilità e ha provveduto a sostituire la montatura difettosa. Spero comunque che il problema non si ripeta.
I state that with a pair of glasses at 50 euros no one can only remotely think that the quality is excellent ... In this specific case, in the frame chosen by me, the spring of the rod-frame coupling broke after less than a week and with minimal use . I clearly hope it's an unfortunate case. However, I must admit that the seller has shown great availability and has replaced the defective frame. However, I hope that the problem does not happen again.
