★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato in questo negozio un guscio per iPhone 11 di ottima fattura, a detta di una commessa era uno degli ultimi arrivi, pagato 24,90€ che per un cellulare di un certo importo è una cifra abbordabile. La stessa commessa mi propone anche la pellicola in vetro temperato dal costo di 16,90€ che compatibile con il guscio avrebbe reso il cellulare quasi indistruttibile.
Sono tornato dopo qualche giorno per acquistare quest’ultima e un commesso ha applicato la pellicola direttamente sul posto in maniera corretta e precisa, mostrandomi che anche lui aveva un iPhone al quale aveva applicato il mio stesso guscio e la stessa pellicola, garantendomi l’ottima qualità.
Purtroppo però dopo una settimana, ho notato una lesione sulla pellicola, premettendo che il guscio, per struttura, ha i bordi più alti rispetto allo schermo e di conseguenza, in caso di urto, non si sarebbe dovuta danneggiare.
Sono tronato allo store, e ho avuto a che fare con una un’altra commessa che non era la prima con cui avevo avuto a che fare. Spiego la problematica, dicendo che mi sono accorto di questa cosa e per tutta risposta mi dice “non sono scema e il pane lo mangio dal cozzo, questo cellulare ha preso due botte e devi ringraziare che non si è rotto lo schermo”...
con tanto di gentilezza, dico che nessuno ha pensato che lei fosse scema e che non ero andato lì per creare dibattito e mi blocca di nuovo con un tono sgarbato “magari voleva fare questioni?!”
Non rispondo alla provocazione, e chiedo solo se fosse normale che una pellicola a detta loro di qualità non avesse nessuna garanzia. Mi viene risposto di NO!
Premetto che sono un impiegato anche io ed è giusto rispettare le direttive ma, piuttosto che ricevere una risposta così indisponente, mi sarei aspettato un servizio diverso e un’assistenza più cordiale.
 I bought in this shop a shell for the iPhone 11 of excellent workmanship, according to a saleswoman it was one of the latest arrivals, paid € 24.90 which for a mobile phone of a certain amount is an affordable amount. The same order also offers me the tempered glass film costing € 16.90 which, compatible with the shell, would have made the phone almost indestructible.
I returned after a few days to buy the latter and a salesman applied the film directly on the spot correctly and precisely, showing me that he too had an iPhone to which he had applied the same shell and the same film, guaranteeing me the excellent quality.
Unfortunately, however, after a week, I noticed a lesion on the film, assuming that the shell, by structure, has higher edges than the screen and consequently, in the event of a collision, it should not have been damaged.
I went back to the store, and I had to deal with another order that was not the first one I had dealt with. I explain the problem, saying that I have noticed this thing and in response he tells me "I'm not stupid and I eat bread from the bump, this cell phone has hit two blows and you have to thank that the screen has not broken" ...
with a lot of kindness, I say that no one thought she was stupid and that I had not gone there to create debate and blocks me again with a rude tone "maybe she wanted to question ?!"
I do not respond to the provocation, and I only ask if it was normal that a film of quality according to them had no guarantee. I am told NO!
I state that I am an employee too and it is right to respect the directives but, rather than receiving such an irritating response, I would have expected a different service and more cordial assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri sono stata al punto vendita Conca d'oro a Palermo ed ho comprato una bellissima cover per il mio cell, devo dire che nonostante l'orario fosse già in chiusura, ho ricevuto tutte le attenzioni da parte di una bravissima commessa che si chiama Valentina e che è stata tanto carina e gentile, tanto che le ho detto che sarei tornata a comprare altre cosucce anche per fare dei pensierini, perché è stato davvero un piacere conoscere una ragazza così gentile, disponibile e simpatica! ????✌️???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punto vendita centro commerciale conca d oro palermo. Acquistato vetro temperato di infima qualità a 15.50€, nessuna assistente e personale scortese. Il vetro si è lineato dopo 10 minuti dall acquisto senza aver subito urti. Vergogna.
