premetto che sono cliente Tim con 5 sim a mio nome,questo "signore"da solo è riuscito nell'impresa di farmi cambiare gestore...solo perché gli ho chiesto assistenza per allocare una sim nel nuovo telefono acquistato da LORO venerdì e di aiutarmi ad attivarla...mi ha minacciato di"parlare male di me"...di me...della cliente!!!???
Bad shop assistant
I state that I am a Tim customer with 5 sims in my name, this "gentleman" alone managed to make me change manager ... only because I asked him for assistance in allocating a sim in the new phone purchased by THEM on Friday and to help me to activate it ... he threatened me to "speak ill of me" ... of me ... of the client !!! ???

Sono entrata per una semplicissima ricarica e dopo avere aspettato mezz'ora, mi dicono che non hanno il resto quindi la soluzione era annullare l'operazione o andare IO CLIENTE a scambiare per pagare. VERGOGNA!
Ho perso il mio tempo prezioso.
Bad service, rude and incompetent employee ... I will never set foot in this center of via Libertà again!
I went in for a very simple top-up and after waiting half an hour, they tell me that they don't have the change so the solution was to cancel the operation or go ME CUSTOMER to exchange to pay. SHAME!
I have wasted my precious time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entrance door is faulty for a shop of this level. There is only one operator at the desk, therefore one operator has to serve everyone so this makes a poor client experience. I have visited this shop twice in 4 days or so and both the times there was only one operator and a short long waiting line. People behind me are leaving the store because of the long waiting. The owner of this store is not very professional. I believe he could get some pointers from Apple Store or Wind. I don’t like the idea that the owner runs a business day with one operator serving and sweating for poor owner professionalism.
