★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always been helped very well by the woman who works here a few years already, but unfortunately today her hands were tied by her company's new policy that also shocked and surprised her! Because since recently people who get scammed by so called "services" that offer no service besides plundering your credits after you buy a new sim card are offered no more than maximally ONE LOUSY EURO refund!!! While I already found out after a few days I was being scammed, but they had by then already stolen 26 euro from my Wind account, of which as I said I only received 1 euro back, while this international scam is normally refunded by all the other mobile network providers I had this exact same issue with in the past after buying g a new sim card, also in Italy with Tim, as well as in Portugal (Meo), where it also happened to me, and also in Holland it is fully refunded by mobile phone providers, but ONLY WIND DOESNT REFUND THIS SCAM, so they're probably in on it, otherwise they would block the option of those scam-services before selling you those sim cards.
