This guy sold me a mobile having me a big discount . The same mobile was denied to me from Via Cavour And Via Ausonia VODAFONE SHOPS.
In addition MR. FABIANO helped me to avoid the subscription of a very expensive VODAFONE TV contract at the Via Ausonia VODAFONE SHOP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only go with Ivan name she is the best, i prefer to wait than going with another staff, my 4 starso is only for Ivan name as she was the only professional staff in the Vodafone shop via principle di Belmonte
There a girl working and she no clue what she is doing i wish i had her name, to avoid going with her, she always wants to charge for service I don't need as i am already in a package and when you tell her she is wrong she gets angry, she is kind of short and skinny.
Don't go with her.
Ivarna if one day I open my business i will employ her. She is so professional
Worth to wait for to get the service you need

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in with a friend who was visiting for a week in Palermo to get them a sim and prepaid plan so they could contact family and have data during their stay. Instead they some how connected our two numbers and messed up my plan of which I am stuck with until next July. Paying 30€ a month .. worst

Bought a sim card here 3 months ago with a 10 euro's monthly plan.
Now it doesn't work anymore unless I top-up 30 euros !!! What a f........k !!!!
On top of that , they are definitely closed !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly shop assistants . They helped me to understand why my number was not able to process anymore any outgoing call.
It seems that my monthly plan has been increased by 1.99 euros since a long time ago despite nobody let me know it.
So I finally understood why I have been forced to load 20 euros every month instead of the usual amount of 15 euros.
