★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff unwelcoming and unfriendly. I waited 15 minutes to be served and 10 minutes to pay and have the change. Unworthy prices : 3€ for a Sprite. The typical place taking advantage of tourists.

Only effective thing in this shop is the AirCon..
Loads of excellent coffee shops around,avoid this arrogant people !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two visits and two excellent experiences. Very friendly staff with good English - very attentive. Excellent coffees and delicious hand-made chocolates. Relatively small so expect it to be busy at peak times. Highly recommended - worth a detour!

Service was really bad! We've order one coffee, one fredo and a cake.
The coffee came after 10min, the cake after 20m and after 25m the waiter told us that fredo is unavailable. What took you 25m to tell us that? No excuse or friendly face from the waitress. After 35m came the cappuccino and after the 45m finally the bill, never ever again ???
It's a shame because the coffee and cake was excellent but please improve your service

Highlights are: arincini , caponata, and the amazing pistachio cake.
The salads were a bit strange for me as they come unmixed but they are delicious (ingredients are very fresh)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a disappointing and misleading experience with service today. My friends entered the Antico Caffè Spinnato shop to choose what to order. They choose a gelo di melone jelly in a glass cup and take a picture of the counter to make sure the waiter understands what they want. A waiter meets them at the door and informs them that they have to wait for someone to come to their table and take their order. A waitress from a different shop (Coffee & Chocolate by Spinnato) comes to the table, takes our order and brings them something different from what they saw inside the Antico Caffè. We then realize the table we are sitting belongs to a different cafe located behind us, even though the napkin containers show the same Spinnato brand with the yellow S. We are asked €7,30 for a fresh orange juice (€4,20) and a small cup of watermelon jelly in a disposable plastic container (€3,10). The two shops are both branded Spinnato and they have adjacent tables on the pavement, which is misleading. They should be clearly labeled as belonging to different shops with different menus.
