In my opinion the written reviews are from relatives or friends !!! Unpleasant staff all too expensive the ice cream not at all good the milk does not even know if it exists !!! A local only image without any quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place! We've been living in the same street for years, we go past the cafè nearly every day, they regularly see us. We have entered the shop a couple of times for a coffee or a biscuit for the kids (last time was last Friday, for me the very last time), but we've never ever had a smile or a nice word. They don't consider small children and would not talk to them for any reason, if the kids ask questions, they look at us annoyed. They make us wait for a long time before they even ask what we would like to have, even if they're not doing anything. As nice as the place looks, people make company and their staff is one of the most unprofessional and impolite in the whole city. Even if you have a very strong desire to have a coffee, just walk two more minutes and stop at Martino or Cappello: they will treat you like a human being.
