★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona sera nell pomeriggio ho portato il mio cellulare a riparare ,non so ancora cos abbia scrivo perché vorrei condividere la cortesia dell personale la disponibilità mi ha sbalordita ,purtroppo ormai è raro trovare dell personale così gentile.Non so bene se riusciranno a ripararlo,ma mi piaceva condividere questa piccola quotidianità ormai rara.
 Good evening in the afternoon I took my mobile phone to be repaired, I don't know yet what I am writing because I would like to share the courtesy of the staff, the availability amazed me, unfortunately it is now rare to find such kind staff. I liked sharing this little everyday life now rare.

Una location fantastica centro assistenza, con consulenza gratuita molto innovativo con tecnici disponibilissimi a tua disposizione che ti fanno mettere al proprio agio a torno a tavolino in una comoda poltroncina e spiegare qualsiasi tua esigenza o comprare accessori originali samsung, o aspettare la consegna del cellulare che stanno riparando.

A fantastic location assistance center, with free very innovative advice with highly available technicians at your disposal that make you put yourself at ease at the table in a comfortable armchair and explain any of your needs or buy original samsung accessories, or wait for the delivery of the mobile phone that they are repairing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata con una mia amica al samsung customer di via villafranca dopo aver acquistato un S22 ultra on line e scegliendo l'opzione clicca e ritira. Sono arrivata scoraggiata perchè sapevo che ci sarebbe voluto tempo a trasferire tutti i dati sul nuovo cellulare...ma mi sono subito ricreduta...perchè quando hai a che fare con gente competente disponibile e oltretutto simpatica...il tempo passa diversamente...peccato non ricordarmi il nome di chi mi ha sistemato il tutto...perchè avrei dato 5 stelle soprattutto a lui...complimenti!!!
I went with a friend of mine to the samsung customer in via villafranca after buying an S22 ultra online and choosing the click and collect option. I arrived discouraged because I knew it would take time to transfer all the data to the new mobile phone ... but I immediately changed my mind ... because when you are dealing with competent people available and above all nice ... time passes differently. .. shame I don't remember the name of whoever fixed everything for me ... because I would have given 5 stars especially to him ... congratulations !!!

Il sevizio di consulenza è ottimo, spiegazioni effettuate con un linguaggio semplice, chiarissime anche le indicazioni sulle lavorazioni occorrenti per le riparazioni.
Le riparazioni vengono effettuate velocemente, si puo sostare lì in attesa della riparazione in un luogo accogliente e tranquillo.
Sono andata soltanto per il ritiro di un prodotto acquistato online ed ho trovato invece un centro assistenza capace di risolvere le più svariate problematiche . Se potessi aggiungerei la lode.

Repairs are carried out quickly, you can stand there waiting for the repair in a cozy and quiet place.
I only went to pick up a product purchased online and instead found an assistance center capable of solving the most varied problems. If I could I would add praise.
