★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercando casa da acquistare mi sono imbattuto in questa agenzia. 2 volte su 2 venivano riportate nell'annuncio informazioni errate atte ad accattivare (inutilmente) l'acquirente, nello specifico vendita con nuda proprietà (non specificata), prezzi e metratura errati, terrazzi di proprietà terze fotografati ma non facenti parte della proprietà.
Ma quello che più infastidisce è la svogliatezza di chi risponde al telefono che peraltro si trova impreparato a descrivere ciò che sta vendendo.
 Looking for a house to buy, I came across this agency. 2 times out of 2 incorrect information was reported in the advertisement aimed at captivating (unnecessarily) the buyer, in the specific sale with bare ownership (unspecified), incorrect prices and square footage, terraces owned by third parties photographed but not part of the property.
But what bothers most is the listlessness of those who answer the phone who, moreover, find themselves unprepared to describe what they are selling.
