They sold HO MOBILE sim card to my wife with a promise of a very good and reliable internet connection . But this was a FAKE PROMISE as my wife had a lot of problem with this HO MOBILE sim card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'M VERY UPSET WITH SPRINTEL TELEPHONIA SHOP
The first time I came to this shop was about one year ago. I told SPRINTEL TELEPHONIA guy I had Vodafone ( rip off!!) and they suggested me to switch my number into the TIM NETWORK.
I PAID MY FIRST SIM CARD
About 4 months later I came to this shop for the second time as TIM resulted completely rip off more than my former Vodafone SIM card : every month I should top up 5 euros more (total 15 euros) or even 10 euros more (total 20 euros). So the SPRINTEL guy told me to switch again my number into the Ho. network.
I PAID MY SECOND SIM CARD
After 3 months I came to this shop since the more I topped up my Ho. SIM card, the more Ho. Was asking for a new top up (rip off again!)
On that time the SPRINTEL TELEPHONIA girl told me to switch again into the WIND network.
I PAID MY THIRD SIM CARD HERE.
The WIND network is very unreliable (no connection or very slow data in most places around Palermo) in turn of my 14.99 euros top up!
What should I say?????
I gave SPRINTEL TELEPHONIA around 100 euros to switch my number the first, second, third time. I trusted on them but each and every time I had a very bad experience with the mobile networks SPRINTEL TELEPHONIA SUGGESTED TO ME.
What should I say?
I'm going to switch again my number into another network but this time I WILL NOT TRUST ON SPRINTEL TELEPHONIA
I found another shop where there's an HONEST GUY that suggested me the best network based on my 4 poor experiences during this last year.
Never again here!
