★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno ho avuto il piacere di conoscere il centro assistenza per delle semplici viti che ho perso, viti per il supporto da tavolo della TV sony.
Il personale è stato molto gentile, disponibile e professionale hanno impiegato del tempo prezioso per loro per capire quali fossero le viti adatte. Mi hanno aiutato e non mi han fatto pagare nulla.
Se hanno lavorato così per aiutarmi pur sapendo di non farmi pagare nulla è la dimostrazione della professionalità e onestà di questa azienda.
vi consiglio vivamente di rivolgervi a loro per ogni problema
Hello I had the pleasure of knowing the help center for some simple screws that I have lost, screws for the sony TV table stand.
The staff were very kind, helpful and professional they took precious time for them to figure out which screws were suitable. They helped me and didn't charge me for anything.
If they worked like this to help me even though they knew they didn't charge me anything, it is proof of the professionalism and honesty of this company.
I strongly recommend that you contact them for any problem

I took my Sony Bravia TV to be repaired by them after a bad experience with another one who pretends to be a Sony service center. Very short processing times, respected estimate and above all congruous! Polite and professional staff. Recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato qui alla Mineo ProDigi Srl il mio obiettivo di un certo valore in condizione davvero pietose, oserei dire critiche: in 12 ore mi è stato riparato dal sig. Giuseppe e pulito come fosse nuovo. Inoltre ho pagato qualcosa meno del preventivo iniziale. La persona che si occupa della gestione, di cui nn ricordo il suo nome, è molto professionale e di una gentilezza unica.
I brought my valuable lens here to Mineo ProDigi Srl in really pitiful condition, I dare to say critical: in 12 hours it was repaired by Mr. Giuseppe is clean as new. I also paid less than the initial budget. The person in charge of management, whose name I don't remember, is very professional and has a unique kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima assistenza......scarsa conoscenza del mestiere......chiesti 60 euro per sostituire dei micro led portati da me e dopo una settimana li contatto io e mi dicono che non sanno fare il lavoro(alcuni led ero riuscito a cambiarli anche io)quindi.....già ho detto tutto....
RIGUARDO LA RISPOSTA CHE AVETE DATO:

Ho trovato un altra assistenza COME SI DEVE
e mi hanno risolto il problema in 2 giorni con 50 euro.cortesi e gentili......quindi al posto di perdere tempo a rispondere alla recensione per pararvi il di dietro fate dei corsi di aggiornamento e imparate il mestiere no che al telefono mi dite ' un ma firu aggiustallu'

Bad assistance ...... poor knowledge of the trade ...... asked 60 euros to replace the micro LEDs brought to me and after a week I contact them and they tell me that they do not know how to do the job (some LEDs I had managed to change them too) so ..... I've already said everything ....

Circuit not tampered with and LEDs correct .....
I found another assistance AS IT SHOULD
and they solved the problem in 2 days with 50 euros. courteous and kind ...... so instead of wasting time replying to the review to talk about the back, take refresher courses and learn the trade no more than on the phone you tell me 'a ma firu fixallu'

E dopo un mesetto, tempi fisiologici, date le festività di mezzo, sono ritornato in possesso della mia Sony a7r II, come nuova. Complimenti per tutto, sopratutto per la trasparenza e la comunicazione dei vari step.
