★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo centro assistenza, il tecnico è molto affidabile e preparato. Sono riuscita a risolvere il mio problema nel cellulare con costi ridotti rispetto la concorrenza e con una professionalità eccellente, in tempi ridotti.
Sono cliente da un po' e mi sono trovate nel migliore dei modi fin dall'inizio. La cortesia non è scontata, anzi ricca come la fornitura del negozio!
 Excellent service center, the technician is very reliable and prepared. I was able to solve my cell phone problem with lower costs than the competition and with excellent professionalism, in less time.
I have been a customer for a while and I found myself in the best way from the start. Courtesy is not taken for granted, on the contrary as rich as the supply of the shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono sempre stato scettico nel portare PC o smartphone in negozi o centri assistenza. Ho voluto provare questa volta. La prima cosa che mi ha colpito è stata l'umiltà di G.ppe Bruno. Stava pulendo meticolosamente a terra come nn vedevo fare dai tempi di mia nonna. Sembrerebbe una cosa banale da dire. Invece questi piccoli dettagli mi hanno fatto capire che avevo di fronte un ragazzo pulito umile e semplice!
Al cliente precedente a me ha risposto di non sapere esattamente il costo dell'intervento. Ballavano 3 euro ( in più o in meno )...e, "fregandosene" dei soldi ha fatto pagare meno. Altro dettaglio.
Estroverso simpatico alla mano...ti fa sentire a casa...
In 5 min gli ho fatto vedere 2 problemi al cell..e senza conoscermi e senza chiedere un cent..mi ha risolto al volo un problema al tasto del volume e dell'auricolare .
(Poteva dire: ok lascialo xke ti sarà caduto e si è rotto un che ne so....ecc ecc.... e fregava soldi) invece no !
Ha perso poi qualche oretta x rianimare il mio PC morto...e senza perdere nulla di ciò che c'era all'interno...e chiedendomi alla fine una cifra onestissima.
Inoltre dà suggerimenti per evitare di farti spendere soldi inutili. È onesto.
Continuerò a non fidarmi ciecamente dei negozi di telefonia e riparazione in generale... e nn sono nemmeno uno che perde tempo a lasciare recensioni. Ma lui le ha meritate tutte queste parole. Grazie

I've always been skeptical of taking PCs or smartphones to shops or service centers. I wanted to try this time. The first thing that struck me was G.ppe Bruno's humility. She was scrubbing the floor meticulously like I haven't seen her done since my grandmother's day. It would seem a trivial thing to say. Instead these little details made me understand that I was dealing with a clean, humble and simple guy!
He replied to the previous client that he did not know exactly the cost of the surgery. They danced 3 euros (more or less) ... and, "not giving a damn" about the money, he charged less. Another detail.
Friendly outgoing person ... makes you feel at home ...
In 5 min I showed him 2 problems on the cell .. and without knowing me and without asking for a cent .. he solved a problem on the fly with the volume key and the headset.
(He could say: ok leave it xke you will have fallen and broken something I know .... etc etc .... and he was giving away money) but no!
He then lost a few hours to revive my dead PC ... and without losing anything of what was inside ... and in the end asking me for a very honest amount.
It also gives tips to avoid making you spend unnecessary money. He is honest.
I will continue to not blindly trust phone and repair shops in general ... and I'm not even one who wastes time leaving reviews. But he deserved all these words. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre ad essere una persona splendida e disponibile è un GENIO nel suo settore! Ha fatto un miracolo sul mio portatile che era praticamente un rottame inutilizzabile! Oggi lo sto usando come se fosse un pc nuovo! Ci ha lavorato notte e giorno pur di accontentarmi! Ed a prezzi rispettabilissimi! Grazie Bruno sei un grande! Se avete bisogno affidatevi a lui non ve ne pentirete!!!

Non cambierei per nessuna ragione, inoltre adesso ripara anche telefonini con prezzi modici e tempi veloci rispetto ad'altri laboratori. Che dire Consigliato.....
