Con loro ho attivato internet a casa, io e il mio compagno siamo passati a Vodafone ad un super prezzo, acquistando degli ottimi cellulari, il tutto con contratti trasparenti e ben spiegati, un servizio in toto che non ha niente a che vedere con la concorrenza... Soprattutto quella sleale! A poche parole buoni intenditori ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevamo la fibra di casa fatta proprio nel negozio di corso finocchiaro aprile a Palermo .
Abbiamo ricevuto una Modifica Unilaterale del Contratto ed abbiamo avanzato regolare recesso a mezzo raccomandata ar a vodafone diffidando dallpplicare costi di recesso , ma cosi non è stato .
In realtà ci eravamo rivolti a questo negozio ma ci aveva fornito un foglio di recesso senza fare riferimento alla modifica contrattuale ( qui allegato ) .
Per fortuna non ci siamo fidati di una gestione cosi "leggera" del nostro contratto ed abbiamo scritto una raccomandata molto articolata
Ora abbiamo ricevuto una fattura con i costi di recesso come se avessimo inviato proprio quel foglio che ci era stato fornito in questo negozio , e che non riportava le motivazioni del recesso legittimo (modifica unilaterale )
STIAMO INIZIANDO UNA ISTANZA DI CONCILIAZIONE IN AGCOM
Una sola considerazione : quanto sta accadendo è a dir poco vergognoso in quanto per quei clienti/consumatori che non sono a conoscenza dei loro diritti come stabilito dalle normative regolatori di riferimento , finirebbe che potrebbero pagare penali e costi di recesso non dovuti
We had the home fiber made right in the Corso Finocchiaro store in April in Palermo.
We have received a Unilateral Modification of the Contract and we have submitted a regular withdrawal by registered mail to vodafone distrusting the application of withdrawal costs, but this was not the case.
In reality we had turned to this store but had provided us with a withdrawal form without referring to the contractual amendment (attached here).
Fortunately we did not trust such "light" management of our contract and we wrote a very detailed letter
We have now received an invoice with the costs of withdrawal as if we had sent exactly that sheet which was provided to us in this store, and which did not contain the reasons for the legitimate withdrawal (unilateral modification)
WE ARE STARTING A CONCILIATION INSTANCE IN AGCOM
A single consideration: what is happening is shameful to say the least because for those customers / consumers who are not aware of their rights as established by the regulatory regulations of reference, it would end up that they could pay penalties and withdrawal costs not due

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella é anche troppo.Mi era stata prospettata una tariffa da 7,99e per due mesi ho dovuto fare una ricarica prima da 10 e poi da 5 euro , quindi altro che 7,99 euro, ma praticamente il doppio perché scopro che ci sono servizi inutili che non hanno levato e che comunque non ho mai richiesto.Non dire la verità non è giusto e nn porta nulla di buono se non che sto lasciando vodafone anche a ne sto andando altri 20euro per andarmene via.Addio
One star is too much.I was offered a rate of 7.99 and for two months I had to top up first for 10 and then for 5 euros, so nothing more than 7.99 euros, but practically double because I discover that there are useless services that they have not removed and that in any case I have never requested.Don't tell the truth is not fair and it does not bring anything good except that I am leaving vodafone even if I am leaving another 20 euros to go away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è stata attivata una cosa un più senza che io avessi dato il permesso e il 190 mi ha confermato che l'offerta aggiuntiva è stata fatta qua quando ho ricaricato e senza il mio permesso
il 190 ha disattivato l'offerta e mi ha restituito i soldi mancanti a seguito dell'attivazione dell'offerta.
Non si fa così.
